The morning of the scheduled cleaning service I was sent an email from them stating that they had to postpone the service for that day . I understood why they had to postpone it, but they never contacted me to reschedule, nor did they respond to my inquiries to set up a new service date. That was very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

E Master has been taking care of our apparment for more than 5 months and the result has been very steady, I am glad Marlon and his team keep doing a good job each time they come here.

I used E-Master clean services when I needed to clean my house in a rush for an unexpected visit, when I contacted Marlon and told him about my situation, he instantly started arranging a date and time that would work best for the both of us, his prices fit in my budget perfectly. Once he arrived, he explained how everything was going to work and how he had a plan to do the service in record time, him and his amazing team were done in 4 hours what could’ve taken me 3 days! They even cleaned parts of my house that I hadn’t even thought about. Great service, definitely recommended, him and his team are very trustworthy and friendly!

Just recently had some remodeling done to one my apartments and needed it cleaned and dust free got reccomended to magic touch by one my friends they did a excellent job i showed the manager every thing i wanted him to pay more attention to then others and him and his guys did a great job there was absolutely no dust in the hole place the bathroom came out really good they got all the extra grout and whatever that stuff is all over the tiles off they definitely pay attention to detail

Called them from out of state for help getting some flowering plants to my mom for Mother's Day and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I can't say enough about the experience and service and the plants, of course, were beautiful. Great value, good service, friendly people and kindness in the time of COVID-19...priceless!!!

I wouldn’t recommended shopping here any more whatsoever. The quality of plants is not the way it once was here, staff doesn’t know a thing about plants and aren’t helpful whatsoever. I asked a young man named james for help with a tree and he simple scoffed at me. Then proceeded to sit on the soil and go on his cell phone, I’m not one to care how a kid works at their job, but that was real bad. I didn't appreciate that at all, and will be taking my business elsewhere. I’d rather drive out to hicks then deal with this failing business. The owner is also not very friendly. Everyone in this neighborhood used to love garden world, it’s clear why that’s changing.

I had left a review earlier of a negative experience as I was surprised by my visit, however the management reached out to me to make it right and heard what I had to say. Lisa was nothing shy of amazing, and has reassured my faith in the wonderful place that is garden world. In the end, they still have high quality items!

I've been going to Garden world for over 20 years. Today, I went there to buy some discounted Christmas stuffs. Well, it hasn't changed. That is their customer service. Rude sales and customer service. Many retail stores are probably saying they are going out of business because of online retail store like Amazon. Well, that is just part of the reason. For me, I hate to go to the store to shop because I don't like dealing with sales in the store. Most of them are rude and they hate their jobs just like the workers in Garden World. Now, I buy plants online. Yes, you can buy plants online too.

Very disappointing,
Bought three fruit tree last year: blueberries, cherry, and peach. Blueberries and cherry died. Since in July + COVID they don’t have stock. They said won’t return the cash back to me, only store credit allow. Ok I understand and accepted. 80+30=110

However, this year went back. I want to buy the exact same cherry and blueberries tree back but they don’t allow. Because of the tree price went up. Now the cherry is 100+35=135

They owe me two tree last year and I have the store credit for one year and now I still have to pay the mark up. It’s ridiculous. In the end, bought a pear tree and small strawberry.

I understand if I bought the different tree I have to pay the mark up, but buying back the same fruit tree that died due to their tree quality, it’s not acceptable.

Will not recommend anyone to go again. It’s better off buying the fruit tree somewhere else. Like home depot at least they got guarantee of your own money back.

Plus, if you shop around. The fertilizer and plant are higher than the other store.

Was directed from Franklin Square location to Flushing location. I asked about delivery yesterday, and was told to come into store, cost will be $80. When I went to store , was told cost is $150. Staff not helpful and it seems to be a bother to make a purchase.
Trees and delivery were more expensive that Hick's Nursery. I received great service there, and purchased healthier looking trees.
Shame that companies are looking for business, and you change prices when the customer comes to your location. Your loss of money.

Their outdoor Spring/Summer selection is beautiful and is worth visiting. However, their customer service is lacking. Through my years of visiting the garden center and seeing the reviews - I knew to tread carefully. I have been trying to find a particular plant and decided to nicely ask the greenhouse managers if they had a particular plant in stock. The younger woman was very nice and looked around for me - but when she was struggling to find the plant, the older gentleman asked what I wanted and was very judgmental and unpleasant.

Some of their products/plants are priced fairly and some are way overpriced. If you do your research, know what to pay and know what you want - get your items and exit. If not - there are lots of online shops, wholesale clubs, hardware stores and local florists that also sell houseplants and supplies.

I visited this establishment on 5/27. After a trip to Hmart I decided to come check out this flower shop. I just bought a new house so I wanted to redo some of the landscaping. It’s a cute shop overall and convenient since I live in Bayside but I don’t think I’ll come back again due to the poor customer service. I had groceries in my stroller like Asian soups and I was accused of taking something and not paying for it. A older blonde women gave me a nasty look and looked through my items and walked away. No I’m sorry or anything. As a person of color I don’t feel comfortable coming back again. Like I would seriously steal a plant with my baby in the stroller. I feel disrespected and violated. It would have been nice to support a local business but I’ll stick to Home Depot which has better prices anyway.

Back in the early 1980's this place was great..the outdoor dept. was run by a young guy name Mike..they had a great selection of plants and the greenhouse was a green house not a crafts store as it is today..This place was always expensive even back then. but great stuff...today the prices are higher then ever..the selection is very generic nothing too fancy to say the least..Sadly Home Depot is now becoming the place for the garden..their prices are half the amount of Garden World and the quality is a hit or miss. the staff at Home Depot are not too bright in this field.
