Very aggressive and rude guy in front of store. Mentioned that we couldn’t park in the lot of we didn’t go in, we understood the first time but he continued to argue and go on and basically yell at us for it. We planned to go in but after that encounter we Will definitely not. We even went to move our car and he continued to argue with me. Clearly he has to work on his customer service skills.

Multiple workers in the front with vast knowledge of their products on hand and great recommendations when you are in need separates this from other local stores. Their prices are way cheaper than Home Depot across the street and inventory selection is more. Quick service especially in these times and able to accommodate multiple people at once.

Will not stand behind what they sell. If you do decide to come here, you better make sure everything works before you pay. If there are any problems with the item after you purchase it, they will tell you, it's no longer their problem and to contact manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra dollars and go to Home Depot (Home Depot will actually price match them if you ask for a manager) around the corner and save yourself a potential massive headache. People always ask why won't I support local and small businesses, I tried to and I got slapped in the face. Older generation may not care about customer service, but when that generation retires I really don't how this place will stay in business considering they treat customers like s**t.

I purchased a bath tub and when I opened it the next day, the paint was peeled off. I didn’t even want to return it, just to exchange it for one that isn’t damaged. They refused to exchange the product and asked me “why didn’t you tell us when you bought it”—well of course I didn’t open it when I bought it because the box for a bathtub is enormous and was sealed so I couldn’t even open it! He said once you leave the store, they don’t care about you anymore and no exchanges and no returns even though it wasn’t written anywhere in the store!! Then, when I asked to speak to a manager, he refused to give me the manager’s name and said I could come back in 2 weeks to find them. I had a construction job that was in progress so of course I couldn’t wait two weeks to get a new bathtub! I had to resort to calling the police, who still couldn’t get them to grant me an exchange and encouraged me to file a suit in the small claims court.

This is the worst store and customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! They are breaking many consumer laws.

No one should visit or buy anything from this store!!

I've called on Scott & Sons Plumbing LLC several times now, and every visit just reminds me why I keep coming back. Early one morning, I discovered a major leak under the concrete in my patio and needed help right away. I called the next day and they wasted no time—Logan arrived promptly, and he was incredibly courteous and professional, exactly the kind of plumber you hope for. Later in the week, Caden joined him to help with the repairs. Both of them started working early in the morning and stayed until the job was finished in the evening. They made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, leaving my patio spotless, just like it was before the leak. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Outstanding service every time!

i called scott & sons plumbing llc about some repairs i needed—changing a toilet seal, replacing a drain pop-up valve, and swapping out the shut-off knobs for my washing machine. the dispatcher explained there would be a $59 fee for the plumber to come out, and let me know the plumber usually tries to take care of the job during the same visit. tucker arrived right on time, took a look at everything, and gave me a clear estimate for the work. he explained the process and the time it would take, which i appreciated since i like to know what to expect. even though i couldn’t schedule the work for that same day because of my own schedule, tucker was flexible and worked with me to find a convenient time. the team was upfront about all costs—no surprises. i felt comfortable with their honest approach and the way they explained the plumbing issues. when i had a question about the initial visit fee, they called back promptly and made sure i was completely satisfied. overall, i’m really happy with the friendly and professional service. i would definitely call again for future plumbing needs.
