I've gone here on 2 occasions, one related to my heating system and another on general water piping in the house. The guy at the front is super helpful and knows what is needed and always asks the right questions with alot of good knowledge. Their prices are the same if not better than Home depot, no need to trek so far away from bayside to get general plumbing needs. Also i don't need to go searching for people to help me or walking down massive aisles looking for some generic part. My go to for all plumbing/heating needs.

Im a professional. They always have what i need. Always talk to me with respect and kindness.

Ordered and two back flushed toilets and paid delivery. First one was working fine. Second toilet wasn't working. North shore refused the tank to exchange. Bad service within a week transaction. No more purchase.

Don't waste your time at some national chain store who can't answer any questions and don't have the parts you need. I just had to bring in the broken part and the guy behind the counter found it in 5 seconds and even gave me some pointers how to install it. Excellent service and prices!

I called in because the O-ring on my kitchen faucet popped. I called in and asked if they had o-rings. The person on the phone told me to bring it in as they have many types of O-rings. When I walked in I was given an entire box of O-rings. Excellent service. Thank you Jimmy!

Be careful. They don’t offer refund if you open package. They do not post return policy. And argue with you in front of everyone try to make you like a fool. Just go to home depot so to have a piece of mind. Their price ain’t cheap either.

By far the worst establishment I have been too. The rudest workers they got there. And I don't understand why?. Is it that they probably have miserable lives or no pleasure. It has to be one. But then I ask myself why work . Just stay home and hibernate.

Very rude condescending people work here. I came in with a kitchen sprayer hose that I wanted to buy a plug cap for. They recommended to replace the entire faucet and I said that Amazon seemed to have a matching plug. I didn't mind paying more to get the part asap and also support a local business. They then said they couldn't tell what size connector I needed, even though I had brought the hose connector for inspection. I asked them if they could check and they said no, claiming that there are too many varying connector types. I promptly thanked them and they didn't bother acknowledging me.

*** I tell you, very rude, arrogant and very unprofessional people. The person who picks up the phone is a pure A hole!!.. If I don't understand plumbing, why would you laugh at someone. This is something you do, not me.

* Anyways, I don't recommend them, their prices aren't cheap and their professionalism is NOT there. Don't bother wasting your time or money. Go to a reputable place where they won't rush you off the phone and give you the attention you deserve.

After 40 years in the plumbing trade I can honestly say this is the best supply house I’ve ever dealt with. Professional sales staff that really know their business. Personal service. I call in all my orders and they are ready for pickup when I need them. The prices are competitive and they won’t sell you junk. Tom is great. Ask for him !

Bought a part yesterday and every salesmen seemed to be polite. After the payment, the salesman gave me the receipt and said that if something went wrong, I should bring it back with that receipt . Now today, I brought it back and asked for an exchange, I felt like I was hitting a wall. Customer service and experience was non existed. They not only said no way but questioned me what they would do with the broken part if they exchanged it for me.

I have been a frequent customer of North Shore Plumbing Supply for over four years. In my opinion they are the best plumbing supply store around. They have everything you need and the salesmen are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They have explained installation procedures with me on several occasions and each time the installation was successful. They are so good that they can just look at a part and tell you the make and model that the part belongs to. Search no further. North Shore Plumbing is the best!

The customer service in Northern boulevard is very bab service . The attendees for employees is very bab . Especially the men's on the counter.

First time visiting this establishment. Recommended by my contractor. Came in for a replacement hot water heater that had gone bad within the warranty period. James was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kindly guided me through the process explaining everything carefully.
