Helpful to find you parts that you need

Expensive. Feel like I'm being ripped off for the same item that you can get from the Home Depot for 40% less.

They have everything you needed for plumbing. If they don't they can order it in for for. But his place is a little pricey. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I order two shower systems, they are not what I needed and I went to exchange them, I was told it is a special order and that I could not. They never gave me a warning when I purchased the items, when I told them they said "You have read the receipt". Unacceptable practices from a place that has made north of 2K on me.

I've been in plumbing for 30 years, and the staff treated me AND homeowner walk-ins with the same level of service and attention, it's hard to find that nowadays.

I needed some piping and some adapters in a pinch and they were very helpful over the phone. When I couldn't troubleshoot over the phone, I asked if I can bring the parts in and they helped me out without offering to sell me additional parts or services. Businesses like these are an asset to the community especially during the pandemic.

Went here for a replacement head for my Grohe kitchen faucet. Very nice people helped us figure out which model. Got home and since we’re not plumbers it leaked. Went back to the store with new and old part. Jimmy the owner said where do you live ? And came to our house to install the part !! Works perfect and love it. Shop local ! Great customer service.

I was buying a some drain pipes for a kitchen sink. I went in greeted the sales person and hold him that I was going to show him a picture of the sink and tell him what I needed, since I don't really know the name of it. First thing he said to me was "I'm not a plumber and you don't know what you needed, you should have hire one". I have been to alot of plumbing supply store before and this was the first time that the sale person wasn't helpful at all. Most of the time, I will just show them a picture and tell them what I'm doing, they will just get all the parts I need for the project for me. If this place don't like to deal with DIY'ers, maybe they should put up a sign that says "commercial sales only".

The plumber came during the appointment window. Looked at one kid and declined it since it wasn't a plumbing issue b u t floor replacement and fixed the kitchen faucet correctly and all at a fair price.
