Responded by text in minutes, was able to assess the situation that same day and install a new heater the next morning before our party. Quoted well below other companies, making this a no-brainer.

Tom was very helpful, the main sewer was clogged with god knows what. Had 2 different plumbers come by but no one was able to fix the problem. Turns out it was clogged with roots! Tom was able to get out everything and have not had a problem since. Would recommend

I seldomly write reviews but I felt the strong need to do so in this case. I had a toilet that was leaking and I was able to get this problem resolved quickly. Tom always provides excellent and professional services even if it is last minute. I’ve dealt with other plumbers in the past and was overcharged for their services. Thank you Tom!

Tom helped me upgrade my Honeywell Thermostat to a Nest Learning thermostat. He came the same day I inquired and also was really helpful explaining how to bleed my boiler for routine maintenance and taught me the steps as I went. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Just wanted to update my review; I had the pleasure of working with Justin again. He helped install a new shower body and changed the locations of my bathroom pipes for a bathroom remodel. They were coming up from the floor and he helped make some new joints so they'd come out of the wall. He didn't let me down, he's extremely reliable, professional, and courteous. Always takes the time to explain the ins and outs, as well as the thought process behind things. It's a relief to find someone trustworthy and competent. I've had the chance to see his work on other aspects as well and I'd highly recommend for any job!! I had all kinds of nightmares prior to finding him. Do yourself a favor and save yourself by choosing him!
