1 start cause the people in the office did try to help.I called cause my heater was leaking they came the same day ,didn't fix the problem. The plummer even gave us his personal number in case we needed other thing done ,I called him and the company told him the problem still the same .5 days of no calling back or coming. I'm still waiting for then ..still week but not giving up .They were fast to schedule and get pay.

They made really good progress with the whole toilet installation. The price stood the same and they do not play around with service.

What's good is that they answer the phone, it's easy to make an appointment, and the work done was good.
What's bad is they wanted to charge $450 to replace a whole toilet assembly when all it needed was a new $7 gasket which I replaced myself. They sent two waves of plumbers to diagnose the problem. The second said he didn't even know what was wrong. It was a basic problem.
We also had a leak under the sink, which their plumber said was because we needed a whole new faucet, also a $450 installation. When he put in the new faucet, it still leaked. He fixed that leak and insisted there were two leaky places and we needed a new faucet. I doubt it.
He also never came when we arranged he would, usually an hour or two early, so I had to leave work. And he didn't speak much English. I won't call them again.

We needed our furnaces cleaned after the winter and reached out to Pomonok. They were quick and professional, and they seem to be running better now. Highly recommend!

Fixed the toilet in my apartment, amazing services super satisfied my landlord has great connects and the handyman was super easy to communicate through!

Glad to have come to them for their services fixing my toilet, leaks were pretty bad but they patched the cracks on the floor and now the toilet flushes fine and doesn’t disturb my tenet!

Avoid this company. They are thieves. I made the mistake of not checking that their 5 star reviews are all fake, generic reviews. They will tell you that it's $145 for them to show up and do an estimate that will be applied to the job. You do not get that back. They came and replaced a simple broken p-trap pipe under my bathroom sink. It took Ignacio less than 20 minutes to do it. First Ignacio told me the $145 would not be applied to the full cost of the job, which was a lie and the full job was going to cost $650. When I told him the company told me on the phone it was applied to the job, he changed his story. Then he told me the job was $450 and the p-trap pipe itself was $125. I found the same part on Amazon for less than $20. When he was leaving he told me I had to pay in cash because the office was closed. There is no reason I should have paid cash. As he was leaving I asked why it was $450 for 15 minutes of work and a small pipe and the told me he knew the company was expensive and he told me to call him on his personal phone if I needed more work done and it would be cheaper than calling Pomonk. Then, I when I asked for a receipt he could not provide one. I called Pomonk 6 times asking for a receipt to be emailed to me and each time they asked, you didn't receive it? I'll send it again. I never received one after 6 calls. Shady business. Avoid. There is one other person in the reviews who commented about the $450 charge he was hit with for a small job as well.

Extremely bad communication and bad pricing.

From the start I let them know its VERY important I needed a receipt of work done for insurance purposes. I've been asking for this receipt everyday for a week now, such a basic part of the job. The person on the phone went from saying he'll send to me when he's in the office (he didnt) to the next day saying he's working on it right now (he wasnt) to the next day saying they'll resend it (they never sent it in the first place) to now just completely ignoring me.

Second, the pricing is predatory. needed a kitchen sink pipe replaced. it was about 20-25 mins of diagnosing, another 25 mins to do the work. less than an hr, they wanted $450. I paid it thinking im paying for knowledge and the problem fix. I call them back for another issue, diagnosing was 25 min, fixing the issue was 5 mins. they literally just needed to put silicone around my bathroom faucet so it didnt leak downstairs. they asked $380. I told them im not doing any more than $200, they agreed.

Still no receipt for either job. Extremely bad service with predatory pricing, will not call them back for a third job.

Plumbing wont be the same after you get Pomonok in your door. Service is fast, quality ensured and leak repair is effective. Not afraid to get their hands dirty and bust a sweat. Good prices and friendly people. Worth the review

Very happy with the bathtub repair and the unclogging of our drain. Leak repaired and everything looks good to go
