Requested a quote online and got an immediate response. Easy going, flexible, efficient, professional. Their staffer showed up right on time and did a wonderful job. My kitchen looks like it had a DEEP facial!! Will be requesting their services again for sure.

I reserved reserved a last minute appointment with this cleaning this morning . The lady on the phone said she can have one of her cleaners at my apartment by 11am. I'm a single father who is juggling working school and taking care of my kids so time is crucial as any other single parent knows . I waited hours and at 1113am I called to find out where was the cleaner , she apologized but tried to make me feel like I'm the one in the wrong because I booked last minute . Finally she said the cleaner was 20 minutes away smh . I waited and called back at 1140am and it straight to voicemail . New clients beware if time is of an essence for you .hipe this review helped .

I want to start by saying that this service is great. I was in great need of help with cleaning, as I recently started rearranging my home and unfortunately wasn’t able to complete it. Midway through, I ended up having surgery, so I accumulated a very big mess.

I looked for recommendations and came across this place, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am. The amazing lady who showed up helped me tremendously. She is very professional and punctual she arrived on time and started right away, with no time to waste. She asked me what needed to be done and got it done!

I needed my 2 bed and 1 bath CO Op to be cleaned and touched up. I reached out to Housekeeping NYC, and they contacted me right away. Mary, was very helpful answering my questions. Was easy to schedule an appointment. The cleaning lady Sophia came the next day. She worked very hard and did an excellent job! Highly recommended! Will use them again for my place and parent’s place too’

I hired this house cleaning service for a deep clean and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They arrived on time were professional and paid attention to details that usually get missed — like baseboards corners and behind furniture. My home smelled fresh and looked spotless when they were done. The team was friendly efficient and respectful of my space. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable high-quality cleaning.

Very disappointed with the cleaning services!I had 2 girls for 2 hours to do deep cleaning!Nothing close t deep cleaning, they told me me around 5 times they finished and I should check if I was happy.Wherever I was looking and pointing to them they were giving attitude and then pretending their English aren't good and that they never did it but they will do it again.Forgot to mention they never used the vacuum and with the same mop they did the floor they did my walls as well and they are even more stained now!While I gave them 2 different mops!Mirrors of course never been cleaned except one.

Few days ago I found this company on the internet and decided to try to work with them. Wasn’t disappointed! They came in time. With positive attitude. Hung up TV on a wall. Fast and clean job. Definitely willl use them again.

Damn this guy know what he is doing. My wife punched a wall so hard the tv on the other other side fell down. My man fixed this mess and it looks better than it was before. And all that for a good price (I didn’t feel violated at all, I’m satisfied on a highest level)

I recently hired Sergei's team to address a minor issue with my circuit panel. They swiftly flipped a circuit panel switch, which took only about 5 minutes to complete. To my dismay, I was charged a staggering $180 for this seemingly straightforward task. I feel disappointed and believe their pricing is far from reasonable, especially for such a small job. I would advise caution if considering their services, as this experience left me feeling like I was overcharged for a simple task.

Sergei’s team did an amazing job. I needed a change my bathroom fixtures. They arrived early as requested, were courteous and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Very recommended!
