NYC Housekeeping are reliable. My cleaner was on time. As a matter of fact I was opening my door 15min earlier and she jumped right to to work. She had a very kind and gentle spirit which made it easier/comfortable to communicate with her. My home looks and smells much cleaner. Thank you

Housekeeping NYC did a great job cleaning out apartment! We had a deep-clean, post-construction/move-out cleaning done. It was very affordable, they replied to our request with an estimate very fast (same day!), and had a date/time scheduled shortly after. Yulya did a very thorough job cleaning every nook, especially in the kitchen and closets, making everything look fresh and as new as possible. We're definitely ready to start selling now thanks to them. Quick tip for anyone looking to hire them (you definitely should), if you have a step stool & broom to provide that will make everything go even a little quicker. Highly recommend. Thanks!

I called the day before I needed my cleaning done and received fast, courteous response from Mary.
Irina and Alina came over the next day and were very kind and responsive to all of my instructions- they even helped us scrape some paint splatter off of the floor.

Noza, came on time and made my room spotless. She moved with urgency and cleaned, organized and put away all my items neatly. I still have lots of clutter to get through which we discussed will def be in the cards for another project, but for todays project She did everything i asked of her, did an awesome job!

Contacted this company very last minute. The day of to be exact and they were very accommodating so last minute. There was a set price for no specified amount of time which was good. 2 women came (mother and daughter) and immediately got to work. There were some areas missed but .that was my fault for not looking in depth before they left. over all, I’d use them again. They worked quickly and took no breaks.

Mary is amazing! I had to cancel my cleaning and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on my end and she was so understanding and helped me reschedule. Julia did the amazing job as well, and she is so sweet. I highly recommend housekeeping NYC!

The girl that came was professional and polite (and pretty attractive to boot). She was exceptionally thorough and spent a good deal of time for the money I spent. She originally told me that she wouldn’t fold some of my clean laundry but ended up doing it anyway which was really cool. She needed very little instruction and went out of her way to make sure the place was spotless and organized before she left. Honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had in years. Well worth the money!
