G came and carefully looked atvtthe home with a blacklight rand had his cleaning crew clean all walls high and lower by hand to remove spray by dogs.
He steamed the carpets till water went from black to clear and steam cleaned limestone flooring. He brought air purifiers to take dust out of the air. The 👌

As a longtime loyal customer of G's I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication lately. I have been trying to contact them for the same issue for 8 months, and they blocked me on social media, and are ignoring my calls and emails. They stood me up twice (on two separate occasions) without explanation. Prior to this, it was a pleasure working with them (over the course of 6 years), so I am not sure why this is happening. I am posting here as my last ditch effort to contact them.

The guys came in as punctual as they said. They worked thoroughly on my rugs and furniture to make sure everything was clean as could be. Especially stubborn stains they didn't give up and worked until we could eliminate them I highly recommend this as first your furniture can get dusty and your rugs very quickly and they use environmentally friendly gradients to make sure that everything looks as new as possible

I had a great experience with G’s. From the beginning, when contacting the company, they were extremely responsive and accommodating. Scheduling my couch cleaning was simple and easy. The customer service was great. On the day of the cleaning the two gentlemen arrived exactly on time and were very nice. I was more than comfortable to have them in my apartment. I felt as though the cost of the service was on par for the value they offer. I plan to have them back as needed.

We've used George from G's Carpet many times, most recently at our apartment in NYC where he did another spectacular job on our couches and chairs. Apartment looks great. George is super caring and careful. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with G’s performance. Juan was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to remove stains that were long set in. Plus having both silk and wool rugs regular cleaning methods are an issue
