Expensive. But he fixed the problem. $650 to replace the computer in my General Electric fridge. The part is $250. I should have told the gentleman to go kick rocks after he diagnosed the problem and only pay him for the visit and just did it myself.

This is not a trusty company they sent their agent KEN to fix my Viking Oven , he presented himself as knowlegable service man after charging me over $1600.00 , he could not put back oven door and he drilled the door and damaged the expensive oven for good now the door does not close at all . I called the office very RUDE woman by name of SHAROL did not want to hear my complain using this company is the biggest mistake any one can make . I am going to take legal action against them .
