Very happy with our new furnace and AC. Our AC decided to throw in the towel on the hottest day of the year and Reimer Heating came to our rescue with fast, friendly, clean and great service and installation. We decided to replace our aging Furnace and AC. We spoke to Reimer on Sunday and were enjoying wonderful cool air on Monday!! We contacted them through Home Depot referral and so glad we did! Thank you!!

Fast, professional, and reliable service. Roberto, Quintin, and Mike were the technicians. They put a whole new air and heating system in my home. Very happy with their work.

My technician Andrew was awesome. He explained everything very clearly and walked me through the repair. Would highly recommend this company.

We. had a back up sump pump system installed. Reimer people were the most courteous and punctual folks we have dealt with. There price was good, and they were in and out in a flash! Great company.

I once again depended on Reimer to help me with my old house. I now have had my furnace done, all my electrical. I called for a new hot water tank and Chris came out treated me with respect and I think I got a fair price for what needed to be done. Started working on my old houses plumbing, first steps. Mike came out today with a terrific team and got me started. Very pleased!

Needed hot water tank issue looked at. Great service as I was able to get a serviceman the same day. Issue was resolved. Will definitely be using for future issues. Highly recommended

Would definitely recommend. Scott, Kevin and Damon were very informative, and did an excellent job on the installation of our furnace.

Nick had come to my property the previous week and serviced four boilers. Three of them needed replacement valves but he only had one on his truck; thus, requiring another visit. On the second visit both Stephen and Nick were my technicians. They were professional and took time to explain things to me. I was also charged a very fair price for the follow up visit. I highly recommend Reimer Heating and Cooling, formerly know as JM Schwatz.

Can’t thank Reimer enough for all the work they’ve done at our house and for the incredible staff they have. We’ve had multiple different jobs done & have been very pleased with their work. Tyler Dean has been a pleasure to work with, he’s very personable, upfront, relatable and makes us laugh every time he comes to quote work for us. We’ve always trusted Reimer, and now hearing how they treat him as a team member just makes us want to continue to have all our house needs met by them.

Would have preferred Scot spend more time evaluating and fixing the problem rather spending most of his time trying to sell me a new furnace. After spending $200+ the furnace failed to come on the next day. Obviously I didn't call (and never will call) Reimer again!

Tyler D came to give a quote for electrical work, he was very efficient, friendly & explained everything in detail. I had 2 other companies come to give quotes and they were not nearly as thorough as Reimer. Would definitely recommend.

Called because I had my furnace. Go out. Ken was very nice and informative he fixed my furnace ignitor pretty quick checked and made sure I had heat service was spectacular I ended up getting a membership!! Highly recommend.

This was the first time for me using Reimer Home Services, and I was pleasantly surprised! Brad M. was the plumber who installed my bathroom sink faucet and he did an excellent job. Brad was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable; always taking time to answer questions. I would definitely use Reimer again for future needs.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced... furnace, AC, humidifier, everything. The installation itself is fine and working well, but getting there was frustrating as hell.

After we signed the contract, Ron (our sales guy) completely ghosted us. Didn't respond to texts or voicemails. We were told it'd be a day and a half job but start to finish took eight days.

On Friday of the second day, the crew said they'd be back Monday to finish up. Monday came with nobody showing up. I had to escalate to corporate, and after way too much back and forth, found out they couldn't return until the following Friday.

Then there was the humidifier issue. I specifically bought the smart model to integrate with my Ecobee so I could actually control humidity properly. They wanted to wire it as a dumb unit that just runs whenever the furnace kicks on. Had to push back on that to get it hooked up correctly.

Oh, and they gouged my basement stairwell during the install. Showed it to a supervisor. Nothing was done, no offer to address or fix it, just a kind of lame "oh that sucks" from the supervisor. Not a huge deal, I can fix it myself, but still.

Credit where it's due... the actual installation looks professional, everything works, and the crew cleaned up well after themselves. I signed up for their 10-year maintenance plan as part of the package, so I'm hoping the service side of things goes a hell of a lot smoother than the sales and install process did.

Reimer's team was the best, from customer service to the crew who did our repair. They were thorough and honest about the problems and fixed them promptly. Fair cost and excellent experience overall.

Dan did an amazing job. Our problem was one of annoyance with the master bedroom toilet. Dan provided us with several choices for repair or replacement, with excellent explanations of each. He did not try to push one option over another. Once we decided on a course of action he moved quickly and efficiently. When finished, no one would ever know that a repair had been made. Neat, clean and now fully functional! Thanks Dan and Reimer!

Nick was awesome! Very friendly and professional. Had a new toilet installed, the process from ordering to installing in the same day went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Nick!

Nothing but great things to say about the service. We had Shawnn, Tyler, Mike and Noah help us through the NYSERDA process to upgrade our electrical system and they made it simple. The work done by the technicians was outstanding as well. Highly recommend for any electrical needs. Will use them again in the future.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience was so bad. Taking advantage of people. Selectively. We call this selective scamming. I am a landlord with a few rentals. Had a tenant call and set up. Quoted a job for 6. The one who called was clueless, but I already knew issue. Was a bad zone valve. Was so cold, no heat, they knew we didnt have time. I said screw it, ill get ankther company out. Never showed them the quote, just let them diagnose. Total was $600, about 5400 off.

Now working great. 💪🏻

Joe Neuhaus was awesome and very informative. He deserves a raise he explained everything in great detail. Office staff was polite and easy to deal with very friendly all the way around! Great experience!!
