Customer service staff was friendly and helpful. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and on time. Only negative comment I have is lack of financing options. Due to current economic times I believe they should have more options including through them to better help customers with payment.

I can’t say enough how happy I am with service given from the minute I made the phone call to Celino to the minute the technicians left my house!!! The installation of my water heater by Andrew and technician was done with complete communication with process, professional manner , urgency in project all in a timely manner, and kind and caring customer service! They went above and beyond in all aspects of my service!! I would and will recommend Celino to everyone!! Thankyou for taking care of me!!!

Troy, the technician that comes out, is awesome! He came out a bunch with our previous home that we recently sold, and then now came out to our new home. Both homes needed a new furnace. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and important ~ very kind.Thank you Celino for keeping great employees like him ~ creates recurring customers.

Just bought a home “as is” and asked Cellino to come and look at the hvac, electrical & plumbing systems. They performed as worthy of their 5-star ratings - which is why we chose them in the first place. We will be using them going forward for all this type of work. Update: Adam was out the next day to replace a gas line isolation valve & was also willing to install a "T" in our water line for the ice maker, despite not having a work order. Much Appreciate the flexibility!

Ed Rigano was exceptional from start to finish. Explained everything in detail and was very professional. I bought a service contract from him for future use. I won’t call anyone else. The post before his visit along with his picture was a nice touch. While he was here I also had him fix a blocked kitchen drain and he did an excellent job. Very happy we called Cellino.

Ryan did great work for us over a two day period. Very professional and detail oriented in building our new plumbing solution. We’ve been very pleased with many projects that have been done at our house by Cellino. I’d recommend Ryan without question!

Chris was great!!! He was trouble shooting on a 30+ year old heating unit. We chatted about a number of options, he was knowledgeable about the possibilities and answered questions on all of them. I've used the annual HVAC and plumbing inspection services, and have used the repair services for several issues over the last year. I have also had an HVAC service representative provide me a quote for mini splits. With that said, I have interacted with at least four employees and a few staff members on the phone and via text as of late. The customer service is outstanding, the people that come to my door and my home are incredibly professional, and the responsiveness of all team members is incredible. People tell me that the company is more expensive than an average plumber which may be true only by a few percent. If you look at pricing, they are really middle of the road. However, the quality of the work, the professionalism of everyone from the appointment service members to the inspectors and the plumbers is reassuring and keeps me coming back to the company for assistance when needed. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Chris, Seth, Carmen and team at Cellino with a HVAC system replacement!
Chris was very thorough when providing a detailed quote for the service and very graciously answered all of my follow up questions explaining why each step was needed.
Seth and Carmen were great when it came to the replacement work; they were always organized, maintained clear communication and were accommodating when necessary to optimize our comfort! I trust them and their work and would definitely recommend!

My only feedback would be that there was some miscommunication between the planning and the dispatch, where the quote I received said they job would take a few days, but dispatch assured me it would only take one, but in reality it took two. It all worked out, but it did create a bit of stress when coordinating schedules.

Furnace wasn't working during these very cold temperatures. Called and was able to get an appt the same day. My technician Dylan assessed the problem and was able to fix immediately. Very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for the great service.

I have done business with Cellino for my plumbing needs for several years now. Their staff is very patient and accommodating. The service technicians are knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had Ed for our recent "project" and he did a great job. Very helpful as well and job was done efficiently with no mess.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced (unscheduled). I called Cellino on Friday pm and received a Saturday appointment that was appreciated. Ryan Anthony, the plumber, called prior to his arrival. He assessed the job and provided a very easy to understand explanation on the scope and cost of the work. He did an excellent job, cleaned up and was gone in about an hour. I will recommend Cellino highly and use them for any future work. Thanks Ryan and Cellino!

Made an appointment for next day service for main drain cleaning to the sewer line. Esteban arrived as expected, he ‘s very professional, customer oriented and knowledgeable. He explained in depth our options and services available and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. We would highly recommend and gladly have Cellino plumbing and Esteban return for future service if needed.

Had a backup with downstairs bathroom and laundry sink. Joe N. arrived on time and was professional and polite, thorough with his diagnosis and kept everything clean and organized while he worked. Talked me through the inspection and issue and fixed us right up. Won't hesitate to use Reimer again.

Our technician, Derrick, was a real professional! He spent time diagnosing the problem with our furnace. He had to climb through the crawl space under our house to unclog a drain down there!! He is a brave man! Derrick was polite and courteous, got our heat back on! I will be sticking with Reimer for my heating and cooling needs and services!

Our furnace unexpectedly starting leaking water last night when the AC was turned on. I called to get an appt right at 8am today and the problem was fixed and the tech was out the door by 11am.
Chris R. was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and made sure everything else was working smoothly too.

Prompt service & my go to for all furnace & air conditioner needs. Appreciate all work done with David today for annual services for my furnaces. With no basement I have 2 air conditioners outside and 2 furnaces in my home. The furnaces are located in attic. I appreciate the informative visit to keep units running smoothly. I give David 5 stars!

I called Reimer to have a tankless water system put in my house. Mark Vanderkooi was the tech who came out for the install. From the initial call to the office to the completion of the work done at my house, I could not be more pleased with the out come of the job. Mark explained everything to me prior to the setup and walked me through the way the unit works. I highly recommend Reimer. Thank you Mark!

Reimer was my grandfather’s company of choice, and when I bought my grandparent’s house, I’ve been happily using their services for about 10 years.

They aren’t the cheapest, but they are the best: every bit of work they’ve done has been excellent.

The equipment finally gave out, and I had my boiler, hot water heater, and sump pump replaced. Continued customer support has been great.
