I called this company because their sticker was on my furnace. A woman answered and said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. No call back.

I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. Family owned business with true concerned about the customer and their satisfaction. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They did my new furnace ( boiler) and my central air conditioning ( ductwork and all). I Couldn't be happier. The price was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone.

He came out and quoted me a price for a repair and then doubled it when what he thought was wrong wasn't the problem. Then he said my boiler should be good for another 5- 7 years when he was done. He then refused to come out and troubleshoot when my house still wasn't getting warm enough. Now here I am having to get it repaired AGAIN just one year later. Will never trust this company again!

Steve was amazing! He went above and beyond during his visit! He answered all the questions we had and taught us how to keep up with the maintenance of our newly purchased home. I highly recommend Bear’s Heating!

Installed registers with missing parts and not fitting right in the floor and the owner argued over the phone that I'm wrong. When I had the builder company out to see the problem and they agreed that they were installed improperly and missing pieces...They argued for months that I hadn't paid them when I stated I did and all paperwork proving that and for the sake of being done with them I had mailed them a check and then had been told that we were indeed paid up and in the process they had banking problems with their company and I needed to cancel the check I sent to them.. I did cancel it that day and of coarse there was a cancel check fee of $55.00. They refuse to pay it saying it stating and were extremely rude and unprofessional..DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Pete Collins came over to my house was very friendly very respectful and very professional and got everything that I needed fixed I would highly recommend Bears Heating and Cooling they are amazing.

They replaced a furnace that we had installed by Bear's over 24 years ago! We're very happy to support this honest, family run business. We definitely recommend them!

When I came to leave a review I wanted to see other peoples experiences with the company. I was honestly surprised to see recent poor reviews as my service and how I was treated was not the same experience I recieved. I also noticed that 3-4 of the most recent 1 star ratings were from the same family, just mutliple members all giving a bad review for the same instance, so I won't even consider their "reviews" accurate or completely truthful.

For myself his company just completed a lengthy job on my new home that wasnt done correctly by another local company. They were outstanding to work with on my project. They were also the most affordable in the area. I would highly recommend this company and will be using then again in the future.

Very professional, yet friendly. Excellent communication, explanded all work to be done,cleaned up after work was completed. Work guaranteed. I would highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning services. Very reasonable price. They came on a holiday at no additional cost!! Family owned and operated rather than a huge conglomerate where people pay price for overheating and advertising!

Judy is so patient and knowledgeable on the phone and scheduling a service was very fast and easy. Steve came out to access any issues that we had and was very helpful and walked us through everything. The day of the service they arrived promptly and removed and then installed our new boiler. Very polite and easy to communicate with as I know nothing about our heating system. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for helping us today! The problem was small to fix, but big for us having no AC.
From the first phone call to Bear’s it was nothing but professional. When the service tech came out he found the issue, explained what it was, quoted a price and made sure it was ok before he fixed it.
