Had a gas furnace and electric hot water heater installed April 2022. The price was fair and they showed up when promised. I had an issue with two small details of the installation (nothing safety related) so I made a call to Dave and the issues were taken care of within 2 days. I am a satisfied customer and will be giving Vacinek my business in the future.

This is a great company. They have put on a roof, installed a hot water heater, maintain the furnace, and promptly respond to problems. Alan recently diagnosed the root cause of a plumbing problem so that we could get it fixed quickly. They are great,!

Just had a new American Standard high efficiency furnace and 3 ton AC unit installed by Vacinek. Workers did a nice job on the install...very neat and professional. System is working great. Would highly recommend.

We called Vacinek for a roofing quote and the woman on the phone was super nice and helpful! We had to reschedule the appointment due to winter weather but were able to get another appointment right away. We decided to get a quote for a new furnace, water heater, and central air while he was here. He walked us though every penny of the quote and didn't shy away from all the things we wanted done with the roof. The roof will be scheduled for a later date.
They called us for the install of the furnace, water heater, and central air. We had two extremely knowledgeable and professional techs do the install. Their ability to do the job was thoroughly demonstrated through their craftsmanship. They even gave my son the box to the furnace at his request. (We have one epic box fort now.) We are so happy with the work that was done and the value of it all.
We look forward to working with them again in the future.

We are very happy with the work Vacinek did for us....they completed the installation of an AC unit and 2 mini splits in a very professional and timely manner. We highly recommend this company.

Had an estimate for a plumbing job done a couple of weeks ago, they schedule me for 9-11am about a week later. Day of, they no-call no-show, and only after I call the office they tell me they're running late. They said they'd give a courtesy call before showing up. I was not called, I was not texted. They show up over an hour late, say they need a part (for a project they already gave an estimate on, so they should already know what they need), and they disappear for another hour to go eat lunch. They do not respect your time at all. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t waste your time. Find someone else. Poor customer service, inexperienced workers, WAY Overpriced. Estimate for furnace venting went up 3 times. Took 3 calls for them to get back to me, and a week to show up. Owner rude. If there were negative stars, they would get one…

So happy we called Vasinek!! Coldest day of the year and our furnace dies. They were here within hours and completely replaced the furnace by the afternoon. Super friendly technicians and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called for a repair. Ended up with fire fighters in my basement after the expansion track exploded. Owners took no responsibility just said I needed a new boiler. Got a second opinion- full repair, no new boiler needed.

Bill and his team are excellent. Their prices are fair, they communicate well, are punctual and do great work. I would highly recommend them.

This company doesn't care about your health or safety. Un-reliable and the WORST customer service I've come across...So we called this company to do a yearly maintenance on my heater they installed 5 years ago. Upon the workers arrival we saw he had no mask on, so we went outside and asked him if he would kindly put one on before coming in the house. He started to walk away and I said "oh its in the truck, sounds good" -He turns around and goes "you know you're the first one who asked me to put a mask on"...Then proceeded to say "we watch to much TV" and started CURSING and calling us NAMES.... We told him my mother was a Cancer patient and he flipped us off and said "go back to sleep"?...Have no idea what that comment meant. So we called the owner of the company and told him what happened. He proceeded to laugh at us and said just what his "worker" said...." You're the first person who wanted our workers to wear a mask, no one ever asked us to wear one in thier house before"....This day and age with hundreds of thousands of people dying from this horrible virus you think they would want to give thier customers the ut-most service, respect and saftey....Especially after how we told him AND the owner that my mother has Cancer along with other medical issues- WHICH HE LAUGHED AT....The boss of the company and workers could care less about your health or safety and think the covid 19 virus is -And i quote "A hoax"... Please be aware and weary about anyone entering your homes. Especially this low quality under performing company such as this.

-This compnay was previously owned by my grandfather's life long friend- That's how we became customers. It's a shame to see where they have come today....

Can only say positive about Schall & Young service. Bill Young went out of his way to respond to our call. Workers Charlie & Anthony were efficient & answered our questions in a clear, concise way. Thank you & feel confident in recommending this company.

As always, Schall &Young came to our rescue and the service tech was on the ball, communicated regularly and went to the nth degree to take care of us. We're calling them back to do more work...because why wouldn't we!!?? Stick the dependable and honest service!!! Thanks, again!!

Nothing worse than turning on heat and having no heat! Called Schall + Young and someone was to my house that afternoon! He was professional, informative and very nice. By the next day his crew was here, met all of our expectations and we had heat. I would highly without hesitation recommend this company.

When my parents' air conditioning went out—during a critical time as my mom is battling cancer—Bill Young immediately sent a crew to replace the unit. On the very same day, the AC in their rental property also failed, and Bill had a second crew there without hesitation. Both units were replaced quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price.
