I needed my tub fixed as water was pouring out of it. They came out THAT Day, for four hours, and totally redid all the plumbing in my shower for me and did it the correct way. He raised the shower head for me and made my two handle shower into the updated single handle. He was super professional and showed me how to put all the fixtures on once I’m done doing the tile myself. He even tightened the water main fixture for me so it wasn’t leaking and made sure my pilot light was lit before he left! All of this was only 600 dollars for four hours of extensive labor. I would use them and recommend them to everyone I know! They also have done chimney work and they just redid my friends sink as well. Great business. Roy’s couldn’t come out for four days when I had no water!!!! I will never call Roy’s again. I’m 100% going with keiffer!!!

The furnace wasn't working on the coldest day of the year, the people from Keiffer went above and beyond helping find a specific part for the furnace and checked a couple of times to make sure we were happy with the service they gave!

This was a yearly furnace checkup. I was emailed and texted reminders of time and name of who would be coming. James let me know when he was on his way and answered all my questions. When he was done he gave me details of all that he did and how everything looked. Then he told me of a National Fuel rebate which I wasn’t even aware of. He filled out his part and explained page by page of what I needed to do. His service was excellent.

Had a new sink installed and needed it all connected. The plumber, John, showed up on time and did a great job . Installed new water line valves and connected the drains for sink and new garbage disposal and new faucet. Cleaned everything up when he was done. My wife and I were very pleased with the job.

Mens were polite and efficient. Even explained things to us. The charges were fair I thought. Will use them again, however hopefully not

Recived excellent service from there technician to dignosis why furnace was not working on an emergency call. Furance was 42 years old . Best solution was to replace it. They sent a very fine two man crew to instal the next day. Very happy with there workman ship.
