They came to work on my plumbing issue the same day I called. The problem was fixed in about an hour. The two guys that came out were very nice and had decades of experience. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!

Great experience, as always. I have used them in the past but for plumbing issues, and of course all after hours or weekends, but they always show up. Today, came home from work, house very cold, furnace isn't working, within one hour they showed up, even more impressive, it was the owner, very reasonable price, great communication as to what was wrong, I can go on and on, but, I will not, you get the picture, if you have plumbing or heating issues, just call them, great service and they really care.

First time using Kieffer plumbing and we are very pleased. We were able to get an appointment without a long wait..which is hard to get when dealing with plumbing jobs. Communication and friendliness was above average. The RATE was VERY reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. We will definitely be calling Kieffer for any upcoming plumbing issues in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their plumbing issues!

Great service! Called to have my winter furnace maintenance done, got an appointment within a week. Was kept up-to-date when my technician. James would arrive. Everything was done within 30 mins and a new filter didn’t cost me anymore than it would at the store.

Thank you for being reliable. John’s work is always done with quality. He takes care changing his boots to shoes before entering. He completes the job efficiently. He is always even keeled & kind. We appreciate him & Kieffer overall!!

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough.

This is the third (I think) time we have used Kieffer. Once for a boiler issue (where they helped mitigate a refund from a manufacturer on a boiler they didn't install)

And twice for plumbing. I feel like there are not words to do them justice. They came out for what I had thought would be a simple fix, that ended up escalating to a potential very costly fix (half assed reno job the previous owners of my house did), to Gene, the owner coming out and busting his butt to help me in the most cost efficient (but without sacrificing quality) way possible so I could have a shower and hot water.

I am at a loss for how they saved the day today. The diligence, transparency and professionalism is much appreciated. You get quality service from experienced tradesman, while supporting an amazing local business.
