On short notice, I gave Will @ Queen City a call. He came right out and addressed my concern, gave me an honest estimate and fair price for the job that was needed. Superior work & craftsmanship, excellent result all while dealing with an honest individual & company. Will came through as promised and exceeded our expectations. We got the chimney re-lined and also caps installed on top of the chimney. The old clay flue was collapsed and the new liner solved that issue. The mortar work on the chimney in the basement where the appliances vent into the chimney were all re-done and all new sheet metal exhaust pipes installed. Very impressed and highly recommend! A+++. Thank you Will!

So thankful for Will and his expertise. Our hot water tank died, and the plumbers refused to fix it until I addressed a problem that we had with the chimney. I called Will and he came out same day to give us a quote. He was polite, knowledgeable, and promised the job would be done quickly. He not only fixed our chimney problem but also made sure that everything in our basement was as efficient as it could be. Couldn’t be happier with my decision! Highly recommend!

Will and his crew were nice to work with. They gave me a quote and stuck to it, every penny. He didn't charge a dime more than he said he would. Which, by the way, was significantly cheaper than the other big names around here.

The final product was beautiful. My biggest concern, aside from wanting top quality craftsmanship, was to keep the chimney looking Era-specific. William assured me he'd keep the look to my new Chimney. He gave me options on brick and mortar color. The end product turned out stunning! It looks brand new, yet it looks like it's 100 years old at the same time. What a work of art.

The crew was kind and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves also.

My biggest gripe was the time line. Wills time-line was often off, but in my case it wasn't a big deal.. My Chimney wasn't imminent so it didn't need to be done immediately. I'd say it took about a week all in all to complete. They came and went a few times.

One of the best companies I've ever worked with. Came out the day after I called him (on a Sunday) and told us exactly what we needed and what he would do on his own house if he was in our position. Saved us a ton of money (after we got far higher quotes from competitors) and did Phenomenal work. Spent an entire day at our house working late into the night, then came back a few days later to finish the other one and again worked late into the night.

Also gave me his cell phone number and every time I called or texted he immediately replied.

His service was worth every penny! If you're looking for an honest Chimney guy, look no further. We Could not be happier, Cant wait to get a fireplace installed next!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Will at Queen City Chimney. Little background I just bought my first home. I had a home inspection done but no one told me a chimney needs a special inspection. I was moving in and the plaster above my mantle started bubbling and cracking. Come to find out after a proper inspection with a camera put up the chimney, I have extensive damage including a cracked liner, faulty flashing, crown damage, brick and mortar deterioration, a broken damper and there was no cap. I got estimates up to $13,000 to fix it all. Word to the wise, ALWAYS get a chimney inspection by a chimney expert when buying a house. Lesson learned the hard way. Story of my life.
I had a few estimates but wasn’t feeling good about them. Will looked over the work I needed done and was willing to beat the prices of my other estimates and also to work with me in stages to prioritize this work. First goal was to stop the leak, properly vent my appliances, and prevent rain and animals from coming into my chimney. My chimney both vents appliances and has a separate flue for a wood burning fireplace. Will capped the fireplace flue for me until I can afford to have the rest of the work done.
He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself and communicated during the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough!
This has been a very stressful ordeal for me as a new homeowner, finding out my first home repair was $13,000. Will really helped me and now that the work is done I’m feeling much better about it all! Thank you Queen City Chimney!!

Will at Queen City Chimney was excellent. He was able to come check out our incorrectly installed Chimney liners that was done by some other company and put in the correct ones. Will was able to start the job the very next day and complete the process in just 3 days. We are very satisfied with the work completed and would recommend Queen City Chimney to anyone.

Extremely happy with Queen City Chimney. We’ve actually had two projects done now by Will. In both cases he responded to our issue immediately and showed up in less than a day (first time, same day) to assess our issue and once agreed upon, very quick to start the work. First project was to fix and ultimately replace our flue liner right after we moved into our current home. Second time was to PROPERLY repair the chimney crown after a previous company did a shoddy job that literally crumbled within a few years. Far from his most complicated project, no doubt, but the result was perfect and the price was extremely fair. Took extra time to go above and beyond repointing more of the mortar than was originally discussed without adding a dime to the cost. Great guy and does excellent work!

The crew were on time, very professional and courteous and solved the problem quickly. I always use this company because of that level of service and expertise. I highly recommend them!

Excellent Service. Fixed my leaking pipe and inspected my furnace and is ordering and will rerplace a needed part that was discovered when my furance was inspected. I will be using them in the future for any work that I will need.

So happy with Chris! He not only figured out what the problem was but he went over and above to make sure there would be no issues going forward. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all that was done. Very pleased, thanks Chris.

McAllister has taken care of all our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs since we bought our house 8 years ago. Chris P. (plumbing), Jeff (heating/cooling), and Katie (office) are exceptionally great!

I called McAllister plumbing and heating as soon as they opened and they had a technician at my home within 30 minutes. Very professional, explained and showed me what needed to be done.

Chris came over to do a tune up on our furnaces. He was nice, honest, and helpful. Will be using McAllister for future HVAC needs!

Tried to set up an appointment for a fix on a toilet. I’ve heard these guys are very good but the office girl that I spoke to was short tempered, nasty and hung up on me. Possibly good plumbers but the office girl was enough for me to say no thank you. I’m already inconvenienced because I have a toilet down, and I do not need a 20 something girl acting nasty to me on top of that. Poor Customer Service. Hopefully this was something that doesn’t happen often but they will not be getting my business.

As always, great job by the people at McCallister plumbing! Chris F. arrived at our house on time, installed the plumbing under our new kitchen sink, moved the electrical switch and the disposal, and it all functions beautifully. Masterfully done!

I have been a customer for many years and have found Mcallisters to be one of the most honest and fair HVAC companies in WNY. That is until the last couple of years where it seems they have significantly changed. Most of their best techs have left the company. It seems the techs that are left are not very good. I also feel they have begun to overcharge. So I now have moved to another HVAC company. I simply cannot recommend Mcallister anymore.

We called for service first thing in the morning and the plumber was at our house about an hour later. He was friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. We have used this company on several different occasions in the past and we always find them to be priced fairly with excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Our furnace is not working. Called McAllister since they had done work on it before for previous homeowner. They refused to come out on the weekend because we are not an existing customer. To me that is horrible customer service. Its one of the coldest weeks of the year. Will never call them again.

Mcallister Plumbing is the best!. Talk about Murphys law. Whenever we call for service, we always end up having something worse than what is expected. They not only handle things professionally but their workmanship is off the charts. They go out of their way to make sure
your totally satisfied even if it takes longer than what they expected to be at your house. Andy, Matt, Christ, etc.... i cant say enough about how much you have helped us out. Thank you so much for everything,

I understand they aren’t responsible for landscaping damage but their backhoe operator was less than cautious. Kinda careless. Then when the job was completed, I felt they took away too much dirt and asked for some dirt to be brought back. At the time of the job, the plumber even said, we took away more dirt than we though we would have. Well, apparently you took way too much. They didn’t return my call for a week and then when I called AGAIN, they declined. Spent nearly $10k and they couldn’t even bring over some dirt to keep a customer happy. They dispose of dirt from every job they do and I live a mile from their office. It wouldn’t have been a big effort but apparently too much for them. Then I needed a second job done a week later and they were $2k more than every other quote I got. Lucky for me, Cellino Plumbing offered to bring dirt, no questions asked.
