Pete came over to install my new air conditioner today. Wow what a great guy. Very nice, friendly and all around great service. He showed me how it works and his recommendations for running the unit. Will refer Behr to anyone that needs heating or cooling 👍👍 They will be my first choice in the future ! Much thanks and appreciation.

We recently had a new furnace installed by Bear Heating and Cooling. It was an outstanding experience. They are a family business and show the value of family and making customers happy. They treat you like you are part of the family. They are extremely honest, professional, knowledgeable, and offer fair prices. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and the only thing you saw was a shiny new furnace. Steve and his younger brother did the install. I had Steve do a cleaning twice on the old furnace. He is a terrific guy that you will love. Thanks, team, for an outstanding job.

Steve came as scheduled and quoted a fair cost for a new AC system . Steve was knowledgeable.

Steve installed central AC in my house and did the work on time and perfectly. they do a great a job and are reasonably priced. i rely on them for my HVAC needs. today he came out since my furnace stopped working last night and fixed it in a minute! 100% Recommend!

Cellino has always been good to us. We’ve never had issues with their work or their employees and any concerns or follow-up that have been required after initial work have always been handled promptly, effectively and promptly.

Point in fact: I had a leak under my sink repaired two days ago. Ryan came out and got it done quickly. Polite, friendly and helpful throughout. The next day, however, I noticed some additional leakage near but not directly connected to where he had worked. I didn’t blame him at all. Just figured something I had missed previously. I called Cellino and asked for another service call and explained i didn’t think it was related to their previous work at all and planned to pay for the additional service without question. They were very helpful making an appointment which worked with my schedule. Today, Ryan came back and quickly replaced a part and stopped the leak. He stated that he probably bumped it and caused the leak. I’m not so sure that true. I suspected I just missed it previously but, regardless, Ryan did not charge me a cent. It showed a commitment to quality service and customer care as well integrity. I will continue with Cellino into the future.

Great service. Chris was very careful in planing just how to approach a difficult problem and then solved the problem expertly.

Update** Had another service performed this month, again by Joella only this was the furnace tune up. I really can't add much to my last review, except to say that the service was consistent and every bit as it was last time. I am extremely happy and confident in Joellas abilities and Cellino overall. A definite recommend.

Great experience with Cellino PHC. The technician Joella Sweet called ahead to give her ETA and even arrived a bit earlier. She performed an AC tune up for us and completed it quickly. Through out the process she was very polite and friendly, finishing with a thourough briefing on the job performed. She gave a lot of detailed information on the unit, its specs and how it looked currently. The follow up email gave all the same info with photos of integral parts. I highly recommend Cellino and Joella in specific.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable service! My sump pump stopped working before business hours on a Saturday morning. I called Cellino and Nick arrived to make repairs in less than 2 hours. He explained everything, answered all of my many questions with professionalism and patience. I was given up front pricing, and options. No surprises, I was given all the details of what was needed and what it would cost up front. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Cellino was right on time and Garrett was professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and also took the time to explain what the problem was. We have always used Cellino because of their customer service and will continue to use them.

The service technician Andrew was great! The only issue I had was paying for a repair on a job that was done by Cellino 5 yrs ago.
