I called on Friday for a quote and received an appointment the following Monday. Canei arrived on time and walked around the house to do measurements. When she came back in she clearly explained their system to me and what my house would need. The price was a lot higher than I expected. We finally came to a compromise that we could both agree on. She scheduled installation for the next morning. The whole experience was great and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person.

From the consultation through the installation very friendly and professional team they got the job done quickly and I love it. Looks so much better now and I don't have to get up on a ladder to clean them anymore, if you ask me it's a win win. Lowered to a 4 star only because I found a bunch of screws and shrapnel from cutting gutters not cleaned up luckily none of them ended up in my tires.

Pulled the trigger on updating my gutter system after this past winter. How the systems works and if it lives up to the lofty sales pitch is yet to be seen. Make no mistake, this is expensive- an aisle 22 Home Depot DYI special this is not. But a house is much more expensive so if it works like they claim then it will be well worth the investment. I will say the materials are thick and feel great. The thing is pretty insofar as gutters can be. The sections of gutter are all one piece so there should be no leaks. It certainly looks the part. What really made the experience worth it was the 2 installers. They called when they were en route and were on time. They were extremely pleasant and professional, got right to work and they did not stop once until the entire job was done. The way they each did their respective jobs with no overlap or one standing around being a go-fer was impressive. They busted this job out fast and efficient and it looked great when they were finished. They were neat and tidy during and afterwards and as they left you wouldn't be able to tell they were there. I was beyond impressed with these guys, so much so I reached out to the GM after they left to let him know, and I don't do that unless it is really, really warranted. If you are getting Leafguard and are in the Central New York area, request Zach and Sebastián. You will not be disappointed.
Very promote and professional, support, and thorough. Did inspection and got approved same day and install is the next day. Also, must add they are understanding of situations that may occur and I’m appreciative of that.
