They installed a fence for Mr at my old house.
They are coming to give me an estimate at my new house.

The guy was ok but didn't seem to know entirely what he was talking about. called back and was super nice. I said I needed half an acre of fence roughly. he quoted for 250 ft of fence.... That's maybe a third of what we need.... nice guy though

My husband and I were very pleased with the fence installation from NYS Fence. The office staff that we talked to was very helpful. They were very efficient in putting up the fence at our new home.

I am a trucker. I was speaking too two complete hotheads asking them to move their truck foward.. (it was a very tight turn for a 62ft truck+trailer.. I got cussed out like none other when i was being resepectful.. (also they were sleeping in the truck) how hard is your job? Try taking a walk in my shoes before you complain at me

I managed to get ahold of the owner. He was polite and courteous to my complaint. Good man.. Dont want to be mad at two bad apples out of the batch

Excellent work! I had just bought a home and needed the back yard fenced right away, NYS fence staff was very helpful and had my fence installed within a week. I will use them for all my future needs.

Had a fence installed by New York Fence a year ago. Its already falling apart. Just spent my entire Sunday fixing what should have been done properly by this company the first time.

Please listen to me and take your business to another company.

New York Sate Fence repaired the fence along Pixley Road at Brook-Lea Country Club when an automobile driver accidently ran into it. They fixed the damaged area completely and now it looks as good as new. They responded quickly and did a great job for us.

We put a deposit down 4 months ago and still no fence! They don't return calls and can't keep their promises. We just keep hearing excuses about the weather or the materials aren't ready. Unprofessional and I would NOT recommend them.

Can't even get them on the phone for an estimate. They replied saying I didnt answer my phone. No voice-mail. Finally called me back after I left the poor review. My money wasn't good enough for them before. Sure isn't good enough now.

This is our second time going with New York State Fence and once again we’re very pleased with the end result.

This company is awesome! They did an awesome job from start to finish! We love our fence almost as much as our fur babies! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fence, their installers are top notch!

Apparently company is to busy to return phone calls according to their receptionist who also speaks with quite the attitude! Had a job to subcontract for a business called once and was told I would receive a call back, waited a week.... nothing. Called back and explained.... receptionist gave the excuse that they are too busy.... so I said ok if your that busy you don’t need my business EVER! I have no problem going else where there are many fencing companies.

We contracted with NYS Fence to remove the existing fence and install a new fence around our back yard. The sales rep (Dave) answered any questions we had, and presented three options at three price points. The installers (Mark and Damian) showed up when they said they would, and were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Some parts of the installation were difficult due to uneven and root infested terrain. The installers knew exactly how to handle any problems that arose, and clearly explained any options that presented. The fence is just gorgeous. We couldn't be more pleased with the results, and recommend NYS Fence highly. 5 stars, for sure.

I just had the most horrible experience with any company, at any point in my life.

Called NYS Fence to give an estimate to repair a fence our neighbors daughter managed to drive into from some 12 feet away. What followed was the WORST experience I've ever had with a service company.

Long story short, I asked for an estimate to repair the damage to our fence caused by the neighbor. Part of what was damaged was a board on board fence that NYS had installed some 10 years ago.

Salesman basically ignored the damage done to our chain link fence (which was installed by NYS as well) and told me the board on board was in horrible shape, and had to be at least 15 years old. When I informed him it was 10 years old, and was installed by NYS Fence, he became a total......DB. Abusive, condescending, arrogant, verbally threatening. All of this within 7 minutes.

Long story short. I will NEVER do business with this company again. The "manager" I spoke with when I call to voice my TOTAL DISSATISFACTION managed to say "we have other salesmen" if you want to settle this.

My response was basically "I've met one of your representatives....I don't feel the need to meet any more."

Last fall (Sept. 2015) New York State Fence, Inc. installed a fence in my backyard. Jim Vaccarelli the sales person was very professional and prompt. We had a five feet high white maintenance free vinyl fence along one half side of our backyard with two single gates (installed on back sides of house) with five feet high black chain link fence on the back line of our property. The men who installed the fence worked very efficiently paying great attention to every detail. We have a small patio in our backyard where we now have privacy from the neighbors yard. N.Y.S. Fencing uses great quality products! We love our new fence! Great work!

Spoke with one gentleman about having a vinyl gate repaired and was told to bring in measurements and pictures for a quote. Was quoted $200 dollars to repair or replace the gate. Brought the gate in 2 weeks later and another gentleman who told me that the other guy was fired for miss quoting jobs and it would be $250 to replace 2 uprights and 1 6” panel or $350 to build a whole new gate. I chose repair as I felt misled as it was. I picked up my gate today and the gentleman that did the repair(he did a very good job)said that he only had to replace 1 upright and the panel. I went back up front and had to speak with a third person with yet another story on why he should have to reduce what I paid. This is a very deceptive company that doesn’t let you speak with the same person twice. Would highly recommend against doing business with this company.

5' Chainlink Fence. Installers on day 1 were an hour late, they told me the fence was a one day job but left at 2pm that afternoon with the job half done. It was finished 3 days later with the exceptions of the gates. I noticed that the end poles and gate poles were NOT cemented in like they should have been. The fence fabric was also 3" above the grass in spots, making it extremely easy for my dog to escape. I called and was told this would all be handled when they installed the gates.

My appointment for the gates came, and went. No Gates. I then had the salesman out to go over the fence and the issues we were having. I got generic responses about the issues like "this never happens" and "99% of our fences don't do this". Typical garbage.

The gates finally came a week later after calling and complaining to a manager. The look ok, not even "good". The tension bars are bent and honestly look like a rushed job. The workers cemented what should have been done the first time and tried to tell me they couldn't lower the fence anymore. I made them as I was the customer. The installer wanted to leave and was a dick about pounding down and cutting posts. He told me he installs for looks. I told him it doesnt matter how nice it looks if a dog can scoot underneath it. Clearly not the brightest crayon in the box...

The fence took just under 3 weeks to complete. I was quoted 3 days. There are already two posts that were pounded in that are extremely loose. I have 3 year warranty on the fence from NYSF and I'm positive I will be calling them several more times to fix their shotty installation.

Amazing company...Fast, professional and respectful... They put in part of a fence and a gate for us... The guys that came out were very nice, respectful of our property and dogs. They were very fast and efficient... Thank you New York State Fence we will always use you in the future and recommend you to all our friends and family!

If you would like to use your gas to visit this business, make sure you talk to Brian. He's rude, condescending, and disinterested in your business. He went out of his way to be unhelpful and acted as if I was bothering him. He acted like he couldn't wait to get back to whatever I had interrupted him from. Sorry I wasted the gas. My sister used this business for her fence a couple years ago. I don't see a repeat here... Good luck.
