We manage a couple hundred units in and around Rochester New York, we've always used this company for our masonry work they always answer, they always show up and they do what they say they're going to do at the price they say they're going to do it. In an industry full of unaccountable people there are very good company to work with

Rochester Masonry and Stamp was so great to work with. This was our first experience doing any type of pavers/patio and we really had no idea where to begin. Louis walked us through everything including helping us select the pavers, color and design/layout. The team did a fantastic job with the installation. Louis also offered some great solutions regarding water drainage from our downspouts to eliminate any water pouring onto the patio. We are so happy with our new patio and walkway that we are planning on using Rochester Masonry & Stamp to install pavers on an additional area in our backyard. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a pavers project.

I truly believe that Louis (owner) has some MH issues. The only reason I chose him was his quote was signifantly lower than all the others. His crew did an excellent high quality job. The owner got upset when I refused to make final payment before work site was cleaned up.

We are very pleased with Louis and all his team at Rochester Masonry and Stamp. We had a concrete patio put in last August and this week they are laying a paving stone front walkway. Their work is excellent, communication is consistent and reliable, and the cost is reasonable ! We highly recommend this company !

The start date on my patio was set for 9/4. Actual start was August 27th. l made arrangements to be home. Anytime I had a question. I was berated by Louie ,kept saying we're professionals. Air unit on patio area has to be blocked off. he wanted me to have AC company move it. It would cost another small fortune. He forgets everything he plans, tells me he's under a lot of stress, so much work. kept saying couldn't be get concrete because no one has any. or the truck broke down, etc. I go days without hearing from him. Delivered extra Stone right in front of my garage.i had to shovel half of it to get my car out. That was last Friday and today's( Friday) finally came to get it. Keep in mind I had to remind him of that also. Yesterday planned for concrete. Texted him early a.m., no response all day. Then I get a call this morning. They're setting me up for next Tuesday at 2:30. I had to remind him that they could do the soil and the grass seed.
will do it at the same time. Blah blah blah he calls back, says we can do that today. As if I have nothing to do all day yesterday, today and even in the past. they drop about 3 grass seeds LOL. It was supposed to be fertilized grass seed and it was not. I told him come pick up your materials off my front lawn or they'll probably get stolen. I told him not to come on my property. I'm not going to take another phone call or listen to him berate me.I'm a paying customer who deserves a little respect.
The reason I chose this company was all of the great reviews. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed . His work crew worked very hard and at times had to sit and wait for him to get here.

I had a concrete patio installed. The contractors did an awesome job. Their attention to detail and perfection was outstanding. Their rates are reasonable. Have no problem paying for high quality job.

I have used Louis and his crew for many years. They did a stamped and colored two level patio, wall and fire pit which we use constantly. Also had them do a wall around the front and side landscaping along with a paver stone walkway. His recommendations are top notch. Work is done professionally and he checks back to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and his crew if you are looking for masonry work.
