We bought a swim spa from Pettis and they have been great since the beginning. We recently had found a small crack in it and they contacted the company right away and within a couple of months we got a brand new swim spa that they installed via crane at their expense. They even included new chemicals. I'm so glad we bought from a local dealer like them and didn't have to deal with the factory or some online company directly.

I had an issue with my American Whirlpool hot tub. The water would not heat over 98. I called Pettis on Monday and they had me do some trouble shooting. When that did not fix the problem, I called and spoke with Dale on Tuesday. He said he would send someone out the next day. Jason showed up the next day, as promised. He was very polite, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He told me that he believed the water heater was not working properly, he was right and it had to be replaced. I thought it would have to be ordered and we would have to wait weeks to use our hot tub again but Jason said that he had the part with him and it would be fixed immediately. He did a great job! We were very happy with the immediate response and repair of our hot tub. We were in that same day! In my opinion, Pettis Pool is definitely where to go to purchase a hot tub, spa, or pool! The staff, sales people, technicians, and especially Dale and Jason are outstanding. Thanks Pettis Pools and Patio for making our experience a great one!

We recently worked with Conor, Zach, Mike and the crew at Pettis for a sauna and hot in purchase and install. They are outstanding to work with and made the entire process easy and efficient. Even where there were challenges with certain measurements and configurations on where we wanted to place them, they went over and above to ensure our needs were met. Mike and Al came out today to install our chlorinator. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained what they did and next steps. Mike went above and beyond and even helped me take out the ladder to look for the bag of hoses in the rafters of our garage. Exceptional service! Thank you

Pettis was easy to work with when we purchased our first hot tub. Answered all of our questions and helped us maneuver the process of getting the electrician and tub delivered. Quinn and his team did a great job delivering the tub and making sure some damage that happened in shipping would be repaired under warranty. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Mike, Al and Kyle showed up as scheduled and were very friendly and informative throughout the pool opening. They encountered a few leaks in the process and quickly rectified those problems. Mike informed me as to the best way to proceed in the coming days (when to first do chemical balancing, backwashing, etc) and what to monitor going forward. Pettis Pools in general…and Mike, Al and Kyle in particular…again provided the excellent service they are known for…and the basis for my being a loyal customer for many years.

I recently had Pettis out to open my pool for the season. My ex spouse had historically handled this, and I had no clue what to do. Damien, Joe, and teams were so incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why it was needed, and gave me tips and guidance on how to keep the pool running this summer. They also gave me useful info on which aspects of my system might be worth upgrading and replacing.

We replaced our aging pool last summer and are so glad that we went with Pettis. Having never built a pool before we had tons of questions and they walked us through every detail. We got a new liner for our pool, and Mike, Al and Andrew were the best. Communication was beyond our expectations and their work was stellar to say the least. We really could not of asked for a better experience.

Al F. and Mike were absolutely exceptional with the care they took in replacing our liner, as well as our multi-port. The process was complicated by the 95 degree weather over multiple days, followed by a day of drizzle. In spite of the weather challenges, they took care to explain every step of the way. Our pool has a customized step and depth, and the liner fit perfectly with their expertise, and the assistance of Kyle. It was amazing to watch their teamwork in action.

The team was also very careful of the property, the clean-up of the old liner and parts. They were a pleasure to work with, and the Pettis company should be proud to be so wonderfully represented. This is an excellent example of why we always trust Pettis Pools.

Pettis pools was a huge help when it came to opening my pool. As a new pool owner, they were very informative and explained everything to me. Mike and Al were able to get the cover off and all plugs unplugged. During the opening it was discovered that my pump had gone bad. With the help of Dale in the parts department, he was able to help me get a new pump. Damien and Dillion were able to install the new pump and get it running! Looking forward to a great swim season all due to the help of Pettis Pools!

This is the first year I have had Pettis open my pool and it was fantastic! I came home to a clean and opened pool with everything cleaned up and ready to go. I always end up getting some cover sludge in the water and spend weeks trying to get the water back right. The technician spoke with me about some up coming issues with my filter system and answered all my questions. Efficient , professional and knowledgeable. Will never open that darn thing myself again.
