Five star service from Mike Lynn at the Buffalo Home Show, March 2024, and Quinn upon delivery of my 2 person softub. Both were exceptionally helpful, as well as the warehouse scheduler, Mike. I'm very satisfied with the product, price , delivery& set up. I'm looking forward to using my softub very soon and year round!

I recently had my pool liner replaced, switched over to a saltwater system, had a new sand filter installed and upgraded the pool light - and i couldn't be happier with the results. From to finish, the team of Joe and Vince were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient.
They walked me through all of my options and explained each of my upgrades. The installation was smooth and everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The new liner looks amazing. Great job Joe and Vince.

We just had Pettis install a hot tub. The team was super helpful and friendly. They walked us through the set up instructions and helped our electrician with where to run the power into the tub. I would highly recommend the team.

Shane and Matt recently came out to replace the sand in my pool filter, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing.

They quickly diagnosed the root cause of the issues I had been noticing — cloudy water and sand on the bottom of the pool — and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through their findings, answer my questions, and offer tips on how to keep the system running smoothly going forward.

Not only did they complete the sand replacement quickly and cleanly, but their thorough approach gave me peace of mind that the problem was fully addressed. The system is now working better than it has in a long time.

I’m very glad to have professionals like Shane and Matt working on my equipment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing pool service in the future!

The only local place that carries Poolife products. Expensive...but the staff is always knowledgeable and nice.

Changing to five stars as throughout the pandemic Pettis has been amazing. They have chlorine, equipment, etc and the staff is great. Been helping me all summer with water testing and we never have algae!

Pettis Pools is a lifesaver! Our whole system stopped working suddenly and they had us up and running in a day! Craig is so kind and knowledgeable and the customer service at Pettis is exceptional. It’s always refreshing to find a company who still takes such pride in what they do!

We purchased a new hard cover from Pettis and received a free pool closing to go with it. The team installing the cover and closing the pool did an excellent job and stayed after to teach us about the cover and answer our questions about opening the pool. We love the new cover and look forward to the spring when Pettis is installing our new pool heater!

Pettis' recommended installer, Dan Merola of Makin-A-Splash pool & hot tub service and his crew came out to replace a large & difficult 38'x18' liner after we filled in the deep end of our Pettis- Doughboy pool. Perfect pool service for the job, excellent results with attention to detail, professionalism. Could not be more satisfied, always happy when I find the right contractor for a job. Outside his normal service area, came anyways to support a Pettis Pools Customer. Great service by Pettis as well in providing the liner and encouraging Dan to travel to our location.

From start to finish our spa purchase was seamless and easy. Upon visiting the store we were warmly greeted and told if we had any questions to just ask. We looked around for a little bit, soon after we had some questions about certain models and features. Suggestions were made as to layouts and features. After we had decided on a tub we filled out our paperwork. The best part was our purchase was in the middle of winter so delivering and installing at that time was not going to be easy. Pettis suggested waiting till the weather was a little nicer and that they could hold it until we were ready to schedule delivery. Here we are 3 months later and we had it delivered and installed today. Quinn and his crew were great. They worked quickly and in a matter of 20 or so minutes the tub and cover were installed and ready to go. Professional and HONEST company! From the minute we walked into the store, we were greeted with professionals who were educated about each product. They helped guide us to the perfect hot tub. We were surprised to get it delivered less than a week later!! We were even more surprised when the company called us to alert us that they honored a $500 special that they started the weekend after we made our purchase. Cannot recommend this company enough!

27 yrs ago we decided to install an inground pool from Pettis Pools. Best decision ever. Over the years Pettis has serviced our pool with excellence. Just recently they installed a new vinyl liner with that same view toward excellence. We're very happy and want to share our experience for anyone making their decision to install a pool from Pettis.

We recently purchased a hot tub through Pettis, and the entire experience has been fantastic. From the moment we walked into the store, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—and they’ve continued to be just as supportive even after the sale.

Blaine, our sales rep, was especially great. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a hot tub that fit both our needs and our budget. The delivery team was also excellent—friendly, efficient, and took the time to place the tub just right and walk us through the start-up process.

After everything was set up, we returned to the store and Blaine spent a lot of time explaining general maintenance and care. It really showed how much they stand behind what they sell. I highly recommend Pettis if you're looking for a hot tub and a team that truly cares about your experience.

The buying, ordering, and delivery of our swim spa was a great experience with Pettis. The process was low pressure, professional and completed within 6 weeks from start to finish! They have been there all the way, always answering my questions with lots of detail and patience. Highly organized and always available!

Our installer (Joe) was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly completed the job to our satisfaction. Only issue was getting the new liner on the date we agreed. Apparently the person responsible at Pettis dropped the ball…. Outside of that, well done.
