The hot tub looks perfect 😍 Don't use the electrician on their list who's number ends in 8994. My tub is here, but not hooked up because I didn't need a $1,600+ wiring job. He took me off of his schedule without telling me, leaving me high & dry.

Today Pettis Pools & Spa opened my inground pool which has an automatic pool cover and the two technicians Joe and Vince which were sent to my house are true professionals and did a great job.

I strongly recommend Pettis Pools and Spa and their two technicians Joe and Vince for all your pool needs!!

Mike and Kyle did a super job. Very professional and quick. The opening was the smoothest opening I’ve had in years. Pebbles was happy to get the pool back open in time for frog and toad season.

Very pleased with the entire Pettis team. We worked with Nicole (Apologies for wrong spelling) in the store. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, if she didn’t know answer she looked into it and got back to us. Very friendly. Not pushy at all. The warehouse guys were very knowledgeable about some of the questions I had prior to delivery. And the delivery team was as great. Very professional and friendly. Answered all the questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves. Worked very hard as a team. We are extremely pleased at this point of our experience with Pettis

UPDATE:
7 months later and another 5 star review for Pettis. My wife and I are moving. We wanted Pettis to move our tub, because well, that is what they do. Tubs.

We contacted the store about the move. They proposed a very reasonable (we think) price. We booked the move for the 7th of January. Not exactly the best time to drain a tub and move it. I went to the store to buy anti freeze for the lines. I decided to get a little local knowledge on how I should go about the anti freeze process. They walked me through the process, and reassured me that I was on the correct path for this task.

The install crew showed up right on time on the 7th. Did a great job getting the tub at our old house. When we got to the new house. We ran into a small problem. What I thought would be a path into the yard for the tub ended up not working out. It probably would have worked with a careless install team. But the risk of damaging the tub would have increased tremendously. Kudos for not trying to force this path. Just to get back in the warm truck. Did I mention it was about 18 degrees and a fresh snow fall?

Being a new house. I still do not know the lay of the land. Our new back yard is fenced in. So the crew and I set out to find a section of the fence to take down. Ten minutes later we were in business.

The crew took this whole experience with great a great attitude. All while freezing their baguettes off.

I really cannot express how professional the guys were by taking the time to not rush this job. Their attitude was toward the job was appreciated and respect earned.

They even helped me reinstall the fence.

Great experience shopping for and purchasing our tub. Conor in East Rochester was patient and very helpful, Kyle,Vin and Gianni did a great job delivering our tub and setting it up. Explained how to fill and care for tub.
Great experience start to finish!!

Long story short, we made a "if we're staying in this house, we're going to spend some money and make it nicer to live in." First project - new patio to give a home to a hot tub.

We set out with the names of two companies to visit. I often pass Pettis in Fairport, so that was our first stop. Never got to the second. Service was great - Conor was knowledgeable and patient; was more than flexible with finance, scheduling.

Delivery was great. I was nervous about the steep slope that we have but the team - Kyle B, Kyle W, Gianni, and Devon made it easy. They arrive in a pickup truck with the tub on a small trailer that they unhooked and brought down the hill. (They came back later to fit a SmartTop - again, a great job.)

We had an electrical issue (the house, not the tub). Like everyone else at Pettis, Dale in their tech support was great.

Can't recommend this company enough!
