I am a happy customer Five stars all around. From the initial quote to customers service to the actual job. We replaced our oil heating system to a more efficient gas heating system and the job was executed to perfection. The guys we super professional and very clean. I really like the fact that they were very concerned about keeping my hardwood floors intact.. once again great job guys keep up the good work.

They called before arrival, sent a picture of their technician and his name (Chris Martin) he was excellent ! Knowledgeable, worked very neatly, diagnose the problem, gave a quote before the work was done, once I approved, he went right to work, at the completion of the job, there were no additional charges! No hidden fees, the final cost was exactly what he quoted. Great Company! Thank you! B. Erwin

Excellent Service! Our AC was completely shot and was beyond repair. They came, gave a reasonable quote, and got a brand new AC installed within a couple days. When they arrived for the install they were very friendly, on time, efficient and clean. We are a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend!

I called two other hvac companies right after and both quoted me $270 to clean the unit. Already have it scheduled

The customer service manager did say the appointment taker should have given me a price range and they did lower the service call to $135 but very bad business practice here.

The cleaning cost they quoted me more than the head itself.

Being done for 1/3 the price with another company next week. I’m in disbelief.

Edit: my buddy who installs mini splits for a living said he’d swap a whole new head for $700 and this corrupt business wanted $700 to clean it LOL

Tom and Patrick were expert plumbers who worked carefully and efficiently to install and on-demand water heating system, a new boiler, and new air conditioning system. They took care to protect my floors and carpeting in all the areas in which they would be working. They were professional, courteous, and helpful and it was evident that they took a genuine concern in doing the very best job that they could.

Jamie, who is one of the owners, was very professional and helpful in assessing our needs and generating a proposal for us. All the details of the work were clearly laid out. Well the job was in process, he came by to check on the work and make sure that we were satisfied with how the job was proceeding. He truly understands that the success of his business depends upon the satisfaction of his customers and his company's reputation. I highly recommend Master mechanical.

We had new high efficiency gas furnace installed. Company was professional and accommodating from the initial phone call through the entire install process. The work was done in a craftsman like manor. And the job site was left clean upon completion. Would highly recommend them

The technician was perfectly nice. I appreciated how professional he was. But ultimately, charging more than $700 to install a toilet was just silly. So I did the install myself.

It was also a bit annoying to have to pay the service call fee before knowing the quote for a basic toilet install was so unreasonable. Given the simple description when I scheduled the job, someone could have just suggested we don’t use them for this. I think the technician even felt bad about it.

Again, they were very nice and very professional. The cost was just a bit of a shock.

Vindictive, diabolical. Service contract in place for years. Bought a NEST thermostat, called them to install. They don’t install those without electrician, so installed Honeywell they had in truck. Charged $600 for installing a basic, no frills, thermostat. It was Fall going into Winter. Just found out 2 weeks ago they deliberately neglected to connect to central AC unit, only hooked up to heater. After that outrageous charge (anytime I call them it’s always $600) I refused to continue paying these thieves for annual maintenance service and looked for another company to service HVAC needs. When I realized they did not hook up new thermostat to central AC, I repeatedly tried calling for them to fix their neglect. They refused to take my call and put me on Do Not Service list when my phone # came up. After trying several times someone answered and said “I just wanted to see what you were calling about, you’re on a don’t service list because you dropped your service contract”. Darn right I did. Asked for a manager who never bothered to call back. Fast forward to new HVAC company, who said Master completely reversed wiring for AC and heating. STAY AWAY from this unethical, greedy business. I will be contacting BBB.

I had my central air conditioning and water heater replaced. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to explain their suggestions and answer all of my questions. The installers did a great job. They were very efficient, finishing the job in less time than predicted. Everything was left clean and neat. They even returned the items they had to move to their original locations. I would definitely recommend them.

The 1st Technician That diagnosed my problem was very polite and informative and provided me with the best options for my repair needs. The two technicians who did the actual repair completed the installation of a new heating duct in an efficient and timely matter and I am very happy with the finished product. They put down tarps on the floor while traveling in and out of the house during the install and made sure everything was left clean once the job was completed. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I did my research before choosing Masters and I'm glad I made the decision to go with them. The right equipment for my needs at a more than fair price. Our 2 installers were excellent throughout the entire process. They explained exactly what they were doing at every step. I couldn't be happier with their work and attention to detail. I've already recommended them to 2 friends.

This was a big job, replacing the central air conditioning air handler unit tucked in the attic eaves of my very old house. I had one "expert" after another come in for advice and an estimate, and didn't trust any of them. I'm glad I found Master's. They sent a knowledgeable technician who helped us understand the problem and explained the pros and cons of different options. We ended up replacing the whole thing. The contract was clear and the work was guaranteed. The installers were outstanding. They were pleasant and respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my house. When I asked questions, they took the time to answer until I understood. Absolutely no mess when they left and they didn't leave until I had a functioning AC system. I couldn't be more grateful.

Master PHC converted my heating system from oil to gas. Fantastic work all around. I needed the work done relatively fast and they were able to do it at a very fair cost. Jamie and Lonnie were always very responsive to my questions, and the technicians who installed the new system were extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend this company. They're great.

Master Plumbing replaced our boiler/hot water heating system 21 years ago, and we were so happy that we repeated the pleasant experience again to have them install a new tankless heating and hot water system last week. We were again impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and passion. We especially appreciated Jamie, the owner, for his quick responses, even on Sunday, to our requests.
All the installers had their job done with a personal touch, kind and courteous. Tom, the technician, is absolutely fantastic, so patient in answering our questions. The whole job was done in a day, and in a very neat way. This is definitely a five-star company.

Could not be happier with the service provided. I was very happy to be the first appointment, not because of my schedule but because the handler is in my attic, which is extremely hot during the day. Robert called a half hour prior to the appointment which was very appreciated. He immediately assessed the situation, and upon my approval took care of the issue, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Shawn and Mike were great plumbers. The work was done in a reasonable time and they added value to our home. They replaced a century old drain pipe that was leaking badly.

We moved into our home a few years ago. Our boiler was original, probably 70 yrs old. In less than two days, our boiler was removed and we had an updated system installed. From giving us an estimate to install and payment, we were very satisfied. They were punctual, explained the system, ensured that we were happy, and even put down mats so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. We are very satisfied and would recommend.

Used Master Plumbing for oil to natural gas conversion and am very pleased with their work. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. They arrived when they said they would for each day, completed the job in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the updated system they installed. The old oil tank and outdated furnace were replaced with a modern system that takes up less space and is less costly to run as well as being cleaner and more efficient. I highly recommend Master for this or any other plumbing need!

Amazing customer service super friendly my ac unit was working but leaking water in my basement. Joey arrived quickly and immediately knew the problem needed to replace a hose, pump and provide some routine cleaning maintenance to the system that I was not aware I should be doing. Now that I have Master cooling as a trusted advisor on my ac and heating needs I will never trust anyone else.
