Other than the 40 minutes we waited for someone to assist us with several lighting needs , the rudeness , arrogance; and indifference was epically beyond anything I have ever experienced. The lights being shut off at 2pm while in the store. , and the beyond insulting and tasteless sales women has cemented me and all of us in Huntington bay and Lloyd harbor. Horrible service. Bad taste

Working with lighting specialist, Brenda, was a wonderful experience. She listened and understood the lighting needs in my project. Brenda was creative, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable of the various lighting companies and their products. Her kind encouragement motivated me to consider current styles and I am so pleased with my selections. N & S has an extensive showroom selection which provided inspiration. Thank you!

Always fully stocked always has what I need. The lighting is amazing there light fixtures, every shape and size the great place to shop for Lighting. Being electrician I just go there and stare. I love it. highly recommend the supply house

Amazing product selection but when I walked in, not one person spoke with me, let alone looked me in the eye and smiled. Not sure if it was just an off day for them but the customer service seems subpar in the showroom. There were so many people on staff too - not what I expected at all.

I have been shopping here for awhile while renovating my home. Katie Mascolo is beyond helpful and has been a tremendous help picking out both my indoor and outdoor lighting. Show her a pic of the space and she is amazing. Highly recommend going to see her !

They arrived on time, repaired an electrical issue we had and added a light in my backyard that I needed. Quality work and there were no surprises - the price was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use R&R Brothers for future electrical projects.

7/23/25 had a person in an R&R truck almost run me offroad on my motorcycle. Driver pulls over I told him that I wouldn't use them even if they were free. Driver became instantly irate. Use this company at your own PERIL! Totally bad attitude and can't drive. One star is too much.

Rick, what a troubled fella. My car was parked in a legal spot and apparently he couldn’t get his truck out. How he got it in I don’t know. But he couldn’t get it out… rookie. Over priced. Professional with good and polite service but you can buy similar services from competitors at a much lower cost. My impression is they hope to catch customers who are not checking their pricing. This must be the reason they charge a fee to give a quote….after seeing the quote, no one goes ahead but Master Plumbing makes $90 and you pay $90 to know the highest price in the market.

Master did a great job in and outside my house. Jamie came and walked around spotting vents and the bits and pieces like power and stuff like that. We received a quote right away. The price was excellent. We shopped around a bit and Master had the best price.
The entire project took 2 days for my 3 bed ranch.
The Amana compressor is quite and works diligently. We had hi temps like 98F and the AC kept cooling.
The crew was very clean and swept up after themselves. Insisted my wife not , almost had to wrestle the broom from her hand.
If you want an attentive well trained crew get Master!

If you look up plumbers on Long Island you will get hundreds of hits on line... the one thing they do not show is the type of service that they offer. I have never had a contractor- especially a Plumber come to my home and be more professional. The put booties on their feet before coming into my house, they put down drop clothes anywhere they did work. When they left everything was fixed and you would not even know they were there. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally with out adding on cost after cost on to the original quote... wow... what a refreshing change. I have now used them 2 more times and have recommended them to over 15 other friends... every person felt the same way I did about this company. Thank you for setting the gold standard!!! Love this company and I will use them forever.

Master plumbing installed a seven zone ductless system at my home. I got 5/6 estimates before my wife and I, choose them for the job. There estimate wasn’t cheapest but they took the most time to explain everything in great detail. The warrantees they offered was the best by far. As for the work itself. Everything went exactly to plan. They were no surprises. The technicians were absolutely awesome. They did leave a little bit of dirt for me to clean up. But I would have honestly cleaned up a whole lot more with a smile on my face. While they were installing our system I had two separate leaks in both of my kitchens and they fixed both of them for me at no extra charge. In fact the second leak I had the owner of the company came out and addressed the problem on a Saturday morning! Again at no extra charge. They also showed me ways I could save additional money with my old oil burner at no charge. As for as our new diakin ductless system, so far everything works great. It’s whisper quiet and we don’t even use all the zones to cool our house. For anyone looking to install anything that Master can provide please give them a chance. I will recommend them to everyone I know for as long as they honor the warrantees in my contract. Master, has been by far the best company I’ve ever dealt with work to my home. It’s been almost two years since we purchased our home and we are 80K in thus far. Master is the only company that we’re completely honest with us and completely held up there end of the deal.

Chris showed up on time, was very professional, diagnosed the the problem with my gas burner not firing and had me up and running in no time. The office staff kept me informed about the status of the ordered part that was needed for the repair. I would highly recommend this company for your home plumbing issues,

Everything from start to finish was professional and extremely helpful as I had an emergency pickup and had to leave by 5. Tom and Jose worked tirelessly to make the system work perfectly and were a pleasure. Everything was left spotless!! I appreciate all the coordination.

Today Munroe did my semi annual inspection.. his knowledge and equipment was superior to most people from other companies. With the virus, he was extra careful and I appreciate everyone in your company!

Paul our plumber from Master Plumbing was great!
Professional, experienced and very efficient. We will definitely keep using Master Plumbing as our go-to plumbing service. They responded right away when we called with our outdoor leak and made timely repairs. We are extremely satisfied.

I had a fantastic experience with Master Plumbing/Heating. It started with Jamie promptly arriving and explaining the problem with my system. I then received a quote in only a few hours. Mike and Pat arrived PROMPTLY at 8am the next day. They put tarps on all the floors and plastic on the stairs before starting work each day. Overall, the team is competent, professional and clean. I Highly recommend Master/Plumbing.

Start to finish great customer service. The owner himself (Jamie) came to do the job estimate. He offered knowledgeable advice and several project options. Scheduling the work was convenient and the price was fair. The plumber assigned to the job (Paul) was professional, polite and NEAT (he used “drop cloths” throughout the work area and wore disposable paper boots over his shoes upon entering the living space). Afterwards I had a minor technical issue. Jamie (owner) worked around my availability to resolve the problem (he even provided me with his direct contact info). Paul returned and resolved the issue forthwith.
I highly recommend Master Plumbing and Heating/Cooling.

The front office is utterly uncommunicative. They do not return phone calls unless you get upset, their contracts are flimsy and uninformative, and they will charge you for prices of equipment that cost them nothing unless you lean on them.

Our tech got caught on a job and the office did nothing to inform us so that we could go in with our lives. We had to call twice to get a response. Also, for some reason they use a call center to forward work requests. I think they know they have a problem.
