I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing and Heating. We have recently used them for two jobs, ranging from a basic outside leaky water valve update to a full emergency replacement of our main water drain (which was a completely corroded lead pipe from the 1950’s). Both times they have been very responsive, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They have extremely fair pricing and leave the area they are working on cleaner than they find it. They are now our go-to plumbing service and the first plumbing company we recommend to our family and friends.

Really impressed with Dan and assistant! Initially while searching for a plumber, spoke to Dan on the telephone, and based on our conversation, he was kind and took the time to offer professional insights. He was available within a short lead time and I booked him without meeting, something I've never once done with a contractor. My copper pipes were installed to perfection, as was the two exterior hose bibs. Very satisfied and look forward to working with him to resolve additional plumbing projects.

After trying several plumbers Imperial was recommended to me. I had a leaky pipe that needed to be fixed. I received a very quick response (came out the same day!) and a very fair price. Dan was very professional, clean and efficient. I felt that he respected my needs, had great communications and made me feel comfortable with the work being done.

Woke up to the sound of rushing water—not exactly the peaceful morning I had in mind. A pipe had burst under my kitchen sink, and panic mode kicked in fast. I called imperial plumbing and heating, and they seriously came to the rescue.

Not only did they pick up the phone right away, but they had someone at my house in under an hour. The plumber was super friendly, explained everything in plain English (no plumber jargon!), and got straight to work. Within no time, the leak was fixed, and my kitchen was no longer a mini swimming pool.

They were professional, fast, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Also, bonus points—they cleaned up after themselves, which I totally didn’t expect but really appreciated.

My husband and I woke up on a 20° day with no heat in the entire house. We contacted imperial right away and they were able to send out to awesome technicians within a few hours. They quickly resolved the issue and we are warm again! Their prices were fair and both gentlemen incredibly professional. Will definitely work with imperial again.

Steven quickly answered my call and came to my house after hours to asses a situation involving our kitchen sink. He got our water back up and running that night. The following day he promptly fixed everything. Overall very professional and does very good work. Will be using again

Really happy we went with Imperial Plumbing to set up the gas line for our grill and replace a burst pipe! Dan and his brother were extremely professional, polite, and did a perfect job. Dan was very nice from the initial consultation through the end. He was quick to respond to questions I sent and he even came back to make sure my water heater and boiler were properly lit, since I re-lit my water heater myself for the first time. Absolutely love Dan & Steve. I just bought a house that needed a lot of work, and luckily I accidentally found them. They are professional, courteous, prompt -- and thorough. They don't just do what they were asked but they check out the whole area and anticipate where problems may lie. Like a plumber should. Very knowledgeable, keep a clean work space and are even empathetic to the woes of home ownership in general. Two great guys running a great little local business. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable great experience, usually the thought of calling a plumber would fill me with dread, but I was dead wrong . Everyone was professional, kind and most of all, affordable. I will be calling them again DEFINITELY!!!

I just used Imperial Plumbing and Heating to diagnose and fix a water pressure issue in my home. We initially used local plumbers with no success. Imperial came in, diagnosed the issue, gave us a reasonable estimate and in less than a week returned to fix the problem. We now have restored water pressure after a year of steady decline. Additionally, they were very clean and left the space in excellent condition. I can't recommend Dan, Steve and the team enough!
