Amazing service! They just replaced my hot water heater in Port Washington, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, efficient, and got everything done quickly. Great communication throughout the process and very respectful of my home. They work very clean and wore shoe covers in my home. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

This company is without a doubt the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they unprofessional, rude, and unreliable, but they are highly overpriced. They tried to scam me for over $1,000. I was told they could fix my problem for $300 and when they arrived late they pulled the bait and switch. They said that they couldn't fix my problem for $300 and now it would cost me over $3,000. They were rude, unprofessional and a sham. Anyone who hires this company please beware and make sure you get a licensed second opinion. I did and it save me thousands.

I had a really positive experience with Dan and Steve. They were excellent communicators and gave us a fair, competitive price for replacing our water heater. They were honest, worked efficiently, even with the tight schedule around the holidays. They took great care to respect our home, using tarps and boot covers to keep everything clean. The job was done quietly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the results. They even fixed another issue while they were here and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I came home from a holiday weekend to find my ceiling was saturated with water due to a pipe leak. I called Imperial Plumbing & Heating and within 20 minutes they were on site and stopped the leak. What followed was fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. I plan to use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

My water heater was 13 years old and leaking. It was refreshing to find Imperial Plumbing & Heating. After speaking with Steve, I sent some pictures and promptly received a proper scope of work for what needed to be done - including installation, removal, correcting venting issues and some additional plumbing fixes to support a proper installation. Steve and Kevin showed up on time and were very professional, respectful and helpful with answering questions. Great work and no BS - they did exactly what they said they would. I will sleep better this winter knowing my water heater has been taken care of by Imperial.

Huge shout out to Steven and Imperial Plumbing and Heating for fixing a problem we didn’t even knew we had!

We asked them to come over to look at our sink since we assumed there was a clog preventing the water going down. After Steven took a look he noticed we were dealing with a much bigger problem. Our pipe had rust buildup and there was no room for ANY water flow. Now we have new PVC pipes and our water is flowing better than ever. Thank you so much Steven and team! Can’t recommend them enough for their quick and reputable service!!

The Imperial team recently completed the installation of a new three-zone gas boiler and indirect hot water tank, replacing our 30+ year-old boiler and aging hot water heater. The transformation of our boiler room is remarkable—it’s never looked better and has even inspired me to clean up the rest of the basement! But that is another story ...

He did not follow installation instructions and did not install a Moen Posi-Temp shower valve with proper offset from the wall. Made up for his mistake by installing the handle cover at a longer distance to coverup the flaw.

I only found out about it after I tested the hot temperature override which requires a proper offset to work (otherwise the button stays latched and doesn't release).

Look for someone professional who at least looks at the install instructions, rather than just slap parts together until water comes out of the right hole.

I had an emergency situation where a pipe burst. They came over first thing, fixed the situation, explained what exactly happened and gave me an idea for future detection of such situations. Additionally he was courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him

I rarely bother to write these but felt compelled when a small business goes out of it's way and just nails it.

These guys (Keith) delivers the kind of service, price and quality we mostly just read about.

This was the second time (since last year) that we called and used them and given we called late afternoon for a non emergency, he said he'd only be able to get to us by 3 PM next day (yes - he actually gave a time frame). When an earlier time slot opened up he called ahead, and two hrs later arrived perfectly on time mid morning.

His phone did not stop ringing entire time (wasn't billing us by the hr and I guess they're pretty busy). It took him less than an hr to address first issue, and the 2nd issue (since I wanted to save some money if I could, he told me the issue and which part I could buy and try replace, although I may still need help for this.

Honestly, this is the way business is (was) supposed to be done; so it was very deserving / only fair that we share the feedback.
