Keith at JH Moran has saved both my home and business on multiple occasions. He is so responsive and gets the job done faster than any plumbing company I’ve ever used.

Keith at JH Moran was great. He came on time, took care of the problem quickly and was great to work with. I definitely recommend him.

I have used Keith @ JH Moran a few times in the past year. Today specifically I had a toilet replacement needed. Called him on Saturday and it was completed on a Monday. Same thing with a heat issue on the coldest night of the year. And a water heater before that. Fairly priced exceptional service.

Can’t say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of Keith. Always quick to respond to an issue and follow up to ensure it’s properly fixed. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Hmmm....I am starting to wonder about all these wonderful reviews about Keith from JH Moran. I have had the complete opposite result with respect to communication. Since December 17, 2020, I have been requesting for Keith to fix 2 problems - The hot water to our new system that he installed in October of 2020 does not maintain temperature and the condensate line freezes. He attempted to fix it in December, but we still have the same problems. I contacted Keith several times in February and when he finally responded he said he would "touch base in the next few days" - Then it is March 31 when I sent another message because he NEVER contacted me, which he finally replied to on April 6th when he says he can come by that day. What? We are at work at that time and I told him that I would be home at a certain hour. No response and he never contacted me again. Brings us to June 30th, when I inquire about the issues getting resolved. He asks, "What issues?" "I can come by this week." You have got to be kidding me so I forward copies of the prior text from February. No response. This is not a joke. Now, we are at July15th so I send another text. Keith actually responded July 16th, he can come on Tuesday 7/20. Attempts to fix problem. I asked him to contact Bosch, the company who made the uni,t to see if they could help fix the problem. July 28, 2021 The problem still did not get resolved. Sent another text - no response. October 13th sent another text - no response. We have entered fall and our hot water issue and condensate line still have not been fixed. We can not take a shower without the water getting cold or wash dishes without a temperature. problem. Keith did mention at some point there may be a problem with the valve at the shower which we attempted to fix of our own accord, but the problem still exists. As of today, October 21, 2021, we still have not heard from Keith. I find it hard to believe all of the other glowing posts about Keith and his prompt response. I do NOT recommend Keith of JH Moran Plumbing and Heating. Actually, I would say spread the word about his lack of customer service and leaving his customers in the cold!!

Jh Moran is the best!! He is reliable, knowledgeable, fair, and explains everything. He has installed faucets at my house and repaired leaks. Recently he spoke to me over the phone to troubleshoot a problem and recommended a different service…highest recommendation

Keith was extremely responsive and professional. No hot water on a Saturday and Keith came out immediately to help fix the issue. Family is very grateful for the quick fix.

Keith did a great job repairing some drains and water flow issues, and replaced our kitchen faucet setup. Quick and fairly priced!

Excellent. 5 stars. Leak in the kitchen of an an old house; lead pipes embedded in concrete; tiled bathroom above. Keith traced the leak to its source, carefully chiseled and removed concrete without damaging the tiled floor above, and replaced the necessary pipes. While a rival plumber had suggested a complete re-make of the bathroom, costing $5,000 to $10,000, Keith did the job in two days for $1500. He's very experienced, lives in an old house himself, and understands the value of keeping as much of the original as possible. Really smart, and friendly, as well. We've found our plumber, and will definitely use him again.

I called Keith about a leak and his first question was whether he needed me to come out immediately, which he was prepared to do. It wasn’t an emergency so we scheduled an appointment two days later. His team isolated the problem and repaired it in under two hours. Great service. Quality work. Fair price. You can’t ask for much more. I highly recommend JHMoran.

We've used Keith @JHMoran for a few jobs now, from installing a toilet to connecting our grill to natural gas. He does great work, is dependable and reasonably priced. Keith is also honest and upfront, and will tell you when/if work is unnecessary.

My wife and I are in our early 30’s, not super handy, and newish homeowners. We often run into a range of different issues ranging from small to large projects, as the home is a bit older and bound to need all different types of fix ups. JH has been able to fix all of our plumbing challenges!! Very respectful, very personable, and very trustworthy. We especially love how they’ll always talk us through ALL the options, the pros and cons of each (money wise and quality wise) and let us make the decision rather than forcing expensive projects on us. We use them all the time now and we are extremely happy.

We had an emergency situation and Keith called me within a 12 hour period. He came to our house first thing in the morning and also provided updates along the way! We were 100% happy with Keith’s response time and professionalism.

Called Keith and he was extremely responsive right from the start. I was having problems with the gas line from my house to my pool heater. Keith was able to trouble shoot the issue and found that the gas line was leaking and needed to be replaced. He had the job done immediately, just in time for my July 4th party! Keith's work is second to none and his professionalism is appreciated, not to mention his pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely hire Keith for any future jobs! Highly recommended!
