Luigi and his crew did some cement work for me, had to fix up a cracked sidewalk in the back area. So far it seems to be pretty good work, and it was done fast. Pricing I thought was a bit high for what was actually done but I already agreed to it. Overall they did a great job, and I would definitely use them again if I ever needed cement work done.

But with Luigi this is exactly what happens. Worried that it'll take a long time? These guys showed up before 7AM and were done by noon including cleanup (a job that usually takes a full day). I refer to Luigi as the Michelangelo of cement, directing a team of very experienced and skillful employees whose sole business is cement and whose work is of such high quality that passersby comment approvingly and ask for business cards. Think about that: who gets compliments on their nice, new cement? On every level I found Luigi himself a pleasure to do business with. He is candid, honest, dependable, very knowledgeable about his craft, and an excellent communicator. His crew works one jobsite at a time so he can supervise them closely and protect pedestrians from potential hazards. As with all home improvements, it is best to be specific, clear, and detailed to avoid misunderstandings; contractors are not mind readers. A good test of their quality and integrity is how they handle the unexpected hiccups that do occur; in that regard, Luigi is among the best I have ever dealt with.

Was having a major water problem because of a neighbor’s poorly newly installed driveway. Luigi was super knowledgeable and able to really walk us through how to best correct the situation. He is honest, affordable, professional, and very good at what he does. Would totally recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Mr Luigi gave my dad an estimate and warned us he was booked and would not be able to start the project for another 2-3 weeks (which was fine with us). Mr Luigi always communicated when he anticipated he would come and showed up with his crew as promised.
The professional crew came early in the morning broke up the driveway, laid down the gravel base.
The following day, laid down heavy metal mesh and the concrete was poured. Mr Luigi was patient with me answering all my questions and with my elderly dad (which I really appreciated).

We used Luigi and his team to replace our back steps, which were falling apart and unsafe. In no time at all, they completely reconstructed the steps to be wider, safer, and sturdier. Luigi did my driveway and steps. He did an excellent job. The driveway is sloped so that any rain water flows away from the home. The stairs are also professionally done. Luigi and his crew show up on time and show up every day. They are neat and quick. Hire him!! You won’t go wrong.
