What can I say about Luigi but good things? The man answers all calls and texts himself during business hours. He is on the site at all jobs. He does amazing work with his guys and is fully transparent and always keeps you updated. He goes above and beyond what he is required to do.

I called Luigi for a repair of a retaining wall damaged by a vehicle that drove through a neighboring fence and he came TWO DAYS after the driver's insurance company cut him the check and had everything done before the end of the week and done beautifully. He asked if we wanted a smooth finish or a trowel finish because the smooth finishes are thinner and don't hold up as well, no extra charge to do the trowel finish because HE CARES ABOUT THE WORK HE DOES! Luigi and his crew are a very rare find in today's world, you can trust that he will make your property look and FEEL AMAZING!!

We contracted with Luigi for concrete steps repair. We definitely got a great job completed on time at a fair price. His crew was terrific, very professional, neat and an excellent clean up afterward. I recommend this company highly.

I recently hired Luigi Cotumaccio Masonry Contractors for a concrete project. Luigi is a pleasure to work with; he personally answers calls and texts. He was on-site with his team throughout the process. I appreciated how he kept me informed about any changes and potential weather delays. Luigi and Team did good work! They were prompt and got job done on time. Concrete work was great 10/10! Stone facade work, 9/10. I leave review when work is done. And then update it at 1 year marker and 5 years marker if needed. Now to see his good work stands the tests of time. Would recommend him if you have any masonry work.

Very professional and I have had a great experience. Their commitment and the way they communicate is amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I get a lot of compliments on the work when my friends come over.

I emailed CR NYC group to request a bid. A representative replied within an hour and by the afternoon, a survey was scheduled for the following day at 10am.

The rep that I confirmed with never showed up. After about 30 minutes I called to request a time update. I was told that the rep was busy and would have to reschedule to another time. I agreed to move the appointment.

Second attempt: The rep arrived late. We did a walk-through and spent a considerable amount of time discussing the scope of work and what would be expected/required for the job.

I never heard back from CR NYC so I followed up via email. After no response I followed up a second time as I understand that this is a busy time and that things do come up. I received a response within minutes that I would have an estimate shortly.

I never received a follow-up from their estimator. While I did not get the chance to contract with this firm, I felt that the lack of communication and follow-through was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm.

Construction Repair NYC is a reliable company. I called Ghaz to fix an error done by another company. Ghaz and his team arrived on time get the job done and clean up very nicely. They did an amazing job and I am pleased with our sidewalk. I will be calling them again for other masonry work around the house.
