It had everything I was looking for and it also has great service. 101 plumbing is also stocked with many pipes, parts, and many boilers.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I called this store so my plumber could pick up a soap pump. At first, someone called me back and said, “OK, I’ll send you an email—just send your credit card.”
The next day, another person reached out and sent me a form. It was a nightmare from there. They sent me a PDF that was very hard to sign. I even tried printing it, signing it, and sending it back, but they said they wouldn’t accept it. They gave me no clear guidance on how to complete it properly.
I called to try to resolve the issue because emailing back and forth was too frustrating. Instead of helping, the person on the phone got frustrated with me, then hung up. From the start, they pushed me to pay only through Zelle, which I refused at first because I wanted the payment to go through my business credit card. They kept denying my request and insisted the only option was Zelle. I was eventually forced to pay $1,200 through Zelle just to complete the purchase.
The service was awful—nobody took the time to understand me or explain how to do things the right way. When I made mistakes because of their unclear instructions, they acted annoyed. Customer service was rude, unprofessional, and quick to hang up if they didn’t want to deal with you.
I will never buy from this store again and I strongly recommend others avoid them. They treat customers like they’re stupid, refuse to accommodate reasonable requests, and pressure you to pay in ways that benefit them, not you. This was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The staff at 101 Plumbing are extremely helpful, professional and makes the process of ordering plumbing and electrical supplies easier. I like the fact that you can call in and place some of your orders so by the time you reach it is all ready to go. Highly recommend 101. It is easy , fast , best and good quality they offer.

I had a great experience with 101 Plumbing & Elec Supplies Inc. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. Their selection is excellent, and the prices are very fair compared to other suppliers I’ve been to. What stood out most was the personalized service — they really take the time to explain options and make sure you walk out with the right supplies for the job. Ordered a boiler and additional parts, and they were able to get everything delivered within 2 hours. As I’m writing this review, the driver just called me and is already on the way.
Ronnie was extremely helpful, the woman in accounting was friendly and easy to work with, and the delivery manager really made it happen.
Smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend 101 Plumbing and will definitely buy from them again.

I was here when no stores were open during the winter storm. I needed plumbing and some electrical supply in urgent and they had all in stock. Parking available easily.
