Great place. To go to cheap prices too they surprised me they had what I was looking for nobody else in the neighborhood had after contacting manufacture and them telling me where I can go too

Crooks! They failed to return my card to me after payment. Some employee went on a spending spree at supermarkets and smoke shops! Investigation opened.

Horrible Service!!!!!!!! I went in today to look for a new seat for a bathroom faucet. I provided them with the piece, but they couldn’t even be bothered to touch, look at the piece or offer any alternative. The customer service was not great and especially unwelcoming, please save your money and shop somewhere else with more professional people.

There doesn't seem to be any organization with respect to getting someone to help you. It's a counter setup where you tell them what you want/need and they go in the back and get it for you. If you don't know what you need they try to help you figure it out. But, they mostly deal with contractors or professionals who know what the need, so the help might be limited. Also, they have almost every thing you may need for your plumbing/electrical project. And, their prices are very competitive. Oh, and parking is limited to one vehicle, so hope you get lucky there, or on the street.

Lucky if you're attended to in 10 minutes. But warning! Check every item before you leave the counter. They purposely short your most expensive small sized items especially if you buy several. If you send your client there tell them to THOROUGHLY CHECK for every piece of material. It's not a place for the gullible!

The worst place, the employees party at night and then fight among themselves, and the people who live in the apartment they built above the business, there is always a man and a woman who live there screaming and fighting at night, the woman crying trying to help as if she was being hit, this place is horrible, before the remodeling it wasn't like this
