Working with Triple T was a great experience! I hired them to install 3 dedicated lines and replace 2 old breaker panels. They offer free estimates, and they beat the other three quotes that I got.

Will and Kendall showed up early for the job and worked efficiently to get it done within the time frame they set. Will was also super friendly and willing to answer all of my (many) questions. The work was done neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves too. Overall, I would definitely work with them again!

Their customer service is so rude. The guy spoke to me as if I didn't know anything and at the end of the conversation he made a very offensive joke.

I called looking for balance. The customer service was horrible. The person said they had a lot. Drove here and they refused to open the door or pick up the phone to take my order. I tried to patronize a local store again and it blew up in my face. Home Depot here I come

I am surprised to see here some people complaining about customer service , what customer service , the owner Kevin and some workers working putting up stock and pulling orders , the owner Kevin running the show , he take the business owner from his Father in law , he have being running that store like a clock for over 35 years he is very, very, knowledgeable got me out of jam many times and a very nice guy , but he can be ruff if you have no knowledge of what you talking about or what you want and you don't take his advice , because he hate wasting time on nonsense , and if you unsatisfied don't know what you want and call and waist his time if i was him i be acting the same to you , also the store don't deal with a Dollar or tow sales , the store is an Electrical supply store handles big Electric installations company's but he is courteous to all.

I called yesterday about a porcelain fuse block holder and was very lucky Mr Kevin had one laying around with the same connection , configuration stating it would work and with a little change in installation all is perfectly well and safe. A big thank you for his support and customer service 🙏🏼.
Don't hesitate to call him because he's very knowledgeable about electricity and repairs. He's been around 40 years as per our conversation. 👍🇺🇲

Home Serve contracted Rainbow to replace my old electrical meter box and the old pipes connected to the overhead wires. I was very pleased with the job provided by Rainbow from the start to the finish. Kimberly who answers the calls and makes the appointment for the repair is pleasant and professional, she is always reachable. Ramos worked very quickly and exercised work diligence which was amazing to observe. The result was a perfect job and a very happy customer.

Rohan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and took care of our issue.

Absolute thieves! They took a $4,000 deposit and lied and told stories for 3 months and no work done. See you in Court. Stay away from these thieves/unprofessional electricians. Waste your time and do not care at all who they hurt and affect

I called Homeserve & they contacted Rainbow Electric. It was Memorial Day weekend. However, they made an emergency call since half of our electricity was out due to a fault in our Transfer Switch which powers our generator. The electrician couldn’t fix the issue permanently, however he was able to restore power to our home by bypassing the faulty circuit. We still need to have the electrician who installed the switch to fix it.

Homeowners, please be careful with Rainbow Electric. I was contacted through HomeServe initially I had a perfect job done with Peter then job # 2 was promises, missed appointments on several occasions. Alfonso suddenly forgot about my appointment and promised to call back in 10 minutes. Super unprofessional

I called Homeserve to fix power switch in one of our bathroom . They sent SNH electric company first . Two guy came and they could not fix it instead they messed up electric panel including two other room they made out of electricity and the guy told me he will come back but never come back or also not picked up my phone . Then I called back Homeserve they sent Mr Peter of Rainbow electric company . Mr Peter fixed everything. He did excellently job . . He worked other time in my home also and did good job .

Dealt with electric problem for 2 years trying to find the source of problem. PSEG tech finally came at midnight Sat and found the problem and made a temporary fix until I got my home serve electrician to do the repair. Home serve sent me Peter from Rainbow Electric. Last year they sent SNH. They were terrible and said home serve wouldn’t let them touch anything to find the problem of continuously flashing lights. They told me to change the bulbs. We did that. Then another electrician told us to call PSEG to fix “mast” on the roof. They did that. Intermittently got better but came back this year with a vengeance ! Non stop flashing lights, bulbs dimming and blowing out, appliances turning off and on throughout the house! With the diagnosis in hand, Peter came and scheduled me for an extensive fix of my outdoor electric connections going to my electric meter. Thank you Peter and Rainbow Electric for EXCELLENT repair and thanks to Home Serve for sending them!!!
