Great experience

Said they would come between 10am and 12pm. Called at 12pm and could not get an ETA. Received call at 12:45pm saying that the electrician was at a doctor's appointment and would not be able to make it out until 1:30pm at the earliest. Service is fine but professionalism and customer service is lacking.

Before you call them for any electrical emergencies, just remember these key facts.

The moment they step foot into your house, it's a flat $175 to the bill. Even if all they did was flip a switch, you WILL get charged $175. And $50 for any additional hour on top of that.

The rest of the people in the reviews say that the price may be reasonable, which may or may not be true depending on the scale of the project you need them for, but in my case it was a complete scam.

If its issue regarding no power coming out from an outlet or a room, just flip the switches in the breaker box. Even if you tried that already, just do it again.

Chris and his team are responsive, reliable and professional. Chris helped us convert from gas to electric and got the job done quickly. He took the time to answer all our questions and requested we send him specs on the water heater, stove and dryer to make sure we got the correct appliances. We are so thankful to have found Chris and we will call him for all our needs in the future!

Called TTT to have a ceiling light installed. Due to the age of the house , they had to run a line from the light to the wall switch through the ceiling.Will did a GREAT job , he made to small openings in the ceiling and was able to pull the wire through without having to cut into the beams. EXTREMELY reasonable price. Thank You!
