I specifically asked for testing on heat and AC, as well as filter replacement with maintenance, and was assured it would be taken care of. When the tech arrived, he claimed he wasn't qualified to diagnose the heat issue and denied ever being told to replace filters. He also quoted me an exorbitant price for a chemical wash, far beyond industry standards. I refused to pay and he left.

I later called to correct the price, as the initial diagnosis was only partial. A manager or owner named Vinny agreed to refund half the service fee ($150 plus tax). However, after hanging up, I saw that I'd still been charged the full amount. When I tried to call back, Vinny became unavailable. Days later, another representative named Annie told me Vinny had acknowledged the issue and was working on a proper refund. Despite repeated emails and calls, nothing has happened - it's been over a week and I've heard nothing from them.

This company is a total bait-and-switch scam that will leave you feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Upon installation of my units, I'll provide an update, but initially, everything has gone smoothly. Recently, Hitech arrived with brand new equipment and efficiently installed all three within 90 minutes. They've performed well since then. Working with this company was hassle-free, thanks to Tanu's excellent service and immediate responses. I'm pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again.
