Reviews of local pros in Maspeth, New York

Doesn't care to make a sale. Bad costumer service.

Great store and very helpful salespeople

Great group of guys. They have everything packed in that little place.

They have all your internal pluming needs

Pleasant and helpful. Looks like a high volume supplier. Plenty of big stuff and small parts.

This place is in the neighborhood for
long time .they have friendly service
and good price.

Uncommon part, Not willing to seek any alternatives. " We don't got that". I didn't even get to give the part Number...

Darian is the go to guy knows everything help me in a big jam. His expertise Is impeccable.

The only plumbing I do my plumbing shopping no matter how far the job site will be (I work in Queens and Suffolk county),the best prices -checked- and the stuff are amazing friendly...

My man Mark is the best in customer service. The owners are okay too, the best part is that they are LGBTQ friendly!

Went in for an expansion tank, auto feed value and feedback prevention value. Great service and prices. They have everything in stock. The best in Queens . Henry

I'm working vs Burton supply around 10 years... generally very good 👍....very appealing seller Mark ...helping me any time... very responsive person...

Had a huge problem with my toilet piece that was old, called them up they matched a piece...guy was honest told me he wasn't sure if it would work but turns out it did and he saved my life because I personally was doing the job and I'm a single mother without any male assistance . So thanks to Burton Plumbing and their expertise I have a working toilet again..

I know this people since 2014 ,when i was work for one contractor who used that store since 2008 but base in his opinion they not honest. I have different opinion for different situation. Not all material is the best price. But not sa bad .At least i can get what I need. The best person i meet there is Many ----- he is really nice man Proffesional.

If it's plumbing, they have it! Twice now they have had the parts I needed to keep my old 1940 building up and running. Next time they are my first call.

It's always good to have a dependable plumbing supply house whose staff is more than willing to share info and light a novice in the right direction. Add to that, that they're willing to work with you on offices if you're paying cash, especially in larger purchases as ws my case. I got a new boulder and they belated give my purchase for just what i needed and set me with the right ancillary parts, as well. Love them!

They are awesome and honest. They don't try to rip you off.

A REAL PLUMBING SHOP they have everything also a hardware store great prices I have been using them since the 90s. They have things Home Depot don’t. I recommend them 100%
And they’re nice guys. Thank god smiley left. lol
