Lance and his crew were amazing. From day one when I first started getting estimates I knew Lance was different. He was on time, responsive, listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. His system was user friendly from email confirmations, digital estimates that allowed for acceptance or changes all the way to a rendering that he was able to get me just a few days before Christmas so I could give it to my wife as a gift. On the day of the job they showed up on time and worked throughout the day to transform my house. The designer is incredible and went over and above several times during the day to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend Lance without hesitation and I’ll be using him again next year to transform my backyard.

From design to execution, Lance and his team exceeded our expectations. We did a complete outdoor renovation, and we love the results. Lance created a fabulous space for our family to enjoy. He was honest from the beginning regarding timeline, price, and expectations. He was always available to discuss changes and never made them into a big deal. Besides his knowledge of space and design, Lance takes a lot of time to listen to his clients and provide solutions to make them happy. The entire team was professional, paid attention to detail and respected every aspect of our home. We had an excellent experience working with Design and Build Landscape. Lance designed our backyard beyond what we originally envisioned. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the work completed was done perfectly. He communicated and worked well with our pool installation company and the end results were amazing. He was also very patient with answering all of our many questions. His experience and expertise helped us pick out the best materials , pavers , waterfall, flowers, plants, Lighting, Pavillion, stoops, walkway, driveway everything!! He also has an excellent team of hardworking masons, landscapers, sprinkler installers who did an outstanding job. I also want to mention that his office staff was a pleasure to work with as well , so professional and courteous, helpful and nice which is very important to us especially when doing this amount of work. We are so grateful to Lance and his whole company for everything. Highly recommended them!

The backyard came out great! Neighbors gave it a 👍 and we have received numerous compliments. Lance and his team were very professional, responsive and worked with us in maximizing the use of our backyard. Despite their busy schedule during this pandemic, Lance and team always made us feel like a priority and knew the details of our project despite a few stops and starts due to supply chain issues that were unavoidable. We shared some pictures of plantings we liked, Rob came up with a low maintenance and beautiful design that suit our lifestyle.

We feel like we struck gold by finding Design and Build Landscape. We were searching for a contractor who could not only redesign our front yard walkway with a new vision but also take on the part of doing the landscaping and irrigation. These guys met expectation and more, very professional and courteous. They finished the job in less than a week, 3 days to be exact, if had not rained, it could've been 2 days. They don't nickel and dime in term of the price which is good for our budget.
Always answer and return calls whenever we need to ask questions and sent some of his guys to complete the final work. We're happy with the service.

I completely redid my backyard and looked for a few quotes and while Lance was not the cheapest of them all, he seemed the most honest and trustworthy and his design concept was in line with my vision. I am beyond satisfied, the work began when promised and they worked quickly and neatly. Lance was very accommodating on a few tweaks without charging extra, he was always very responsive to my phone calls and many requests, simply a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Working with Design and Build Landscape was an absolute pleasure. My backyard renovation included demolition of a large brick patio, repair of a crumbling patio that was attached to my home, pruning of trees and installation of sod and a bluestone path. Project manager Lance came up with a design that worked with my budget and he was always reliable in his communication with me throughout this 6 day labor intensive project. What Lance’s team created exceeded my expectations in quality and beauty. The work was also done in an extremely timely manner. I would love to work with Design and Build again when I’m ready to refresh my front yard. I wish I were a better photographer , but here’s a sampling of before and after. Kudos for a job well done!
