I recently hired Timber Wood Services to remove a large tree from my backyard, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully, and executed the removal safely and smoothly.

Not only did they handle the job with precision, but they also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving my yard looking even better than before. Can’t say enough about Marc or his team. Called for an emergency tree cutting on Easter weekend. I must of called 15 other companies, Marc with Timberwood was the only person that got back to me and made it happen same day. If this branch didn’t get cut it would have destroyed my fence, my yard and another tree. World class people, emasculate job and amazing price. Thank you again guys!!!

We recently used Marc and his team to remove three large trees and multiple shrubs in Farmingdale and are very impressed with the service and work performed. I found his company online and reached out and immediately got in touch with Marc who is the owner. He was available for an estimate that same day and walked me through what the job would entail and quoted a fair price. Marc was able to provide a contract and all licensing and insurance for his company. The crew showed up exactly on time and we did a walk through of the property to ensure and confirm the right work was done. The whole crew did excellent work and the job went smoothly. Very friendly crew who perform top quality work. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I can’t say enough about the response time, quality and workmanship of the job. Everything was done according to the contract and the cleanup was done according to my discussion with Marc. He is truly a man of his word and that is hard to find in today’s business landscape. The license and Worker’s Comp. information was provided per my request.
I was there every step of the way to observe the entire job process. The previous tree company half did the job, left trees, large limbs and stumps behind the fence that were not visible. The other treecompany.and did not remove everything as promised.
They removed the wooden fence in the back and cut down, grind stumps and roots.
They removed an old dying, dogwood tree in the front and trimmed back branches from my neighbors tree that were damaging the roof. They were Amazing !! Any concerns I had were addressed and dealt with immediately.

After a recent snowstorm brought down a tree and damaged a fence, we called for trimming and removal. Marc, the owner, came out the within hours of my call to assess the situation.

I was impressed. The crew arrived early (a rarity with contractors), were professional and friendly, and even helped me figure out parking with all the snow. They clearly explained the plan before starting and consulted me whenever questions came up, which made me feel confident everything was handled safely and carefully.

The job went smoothly, they cleaned up all debris, and even reinstalled the fencing they had to remove. Marc was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly sets the tone for the company. He personally followed up afterward to ensure we were satisfied, a level of service that’s hard to find. Overall, a reliable, professional, and trustworthy company.

Professional, excellent work, aims to please the customer, pride in project completion. I have used this service for several projects over the years: masonry for courtyard and driveway, all house brick repointing, outdoor water mitigation. I highly recommend them.

I had to bring D&D in after my first contractor left my half way though the project. Most contractors don't want to get involved with a situation like that. But thank goodness Dean decide to help. Dean and his design staff have incredible vision and walked me thru the entire process. His crews are extremely meticulous , knowledgeable and professional. If he wasn't on site ( which wasn't that often ) he was always a phone call away so i never was left without answers. When picking your landscape contractor please do your homework. I learned the hard way by not hiring Dean first.

I had a wonderful experience with Dean and his crew members. They were very warm and friendly . Dean went through the job step by step , he was open to any changes or ideas that I might have. His Crew members did an excellent job putting in the pavers and landscaping , and each day when they cleaned up you would never know they were there. I'm very happy and please with the whole job.

We used Lance and his team to re-do our backyard. The guys were great. They turned a run of mill backyard into a resort, and at a very good price. They did not Nickel and Dime us on minor edits and adds, and were always very responsive to our calls and requests.

We are thrilled with the job Design and Build landscape did with our front and back yards. Lance explained our options and made suggestions about which plants would be suitable for our needs. He was receptive to our preferences. He was accommodating, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions.

I was having a new walkway and paver patio installed. I called 3 other companies before calling Design and Build. Lance doesn't just install pavers, he gives you a design, incorporates landscaping and takes into consideration what the needs are for the space. Lance and his team went above and beyond - examples - they installed and moved the sprinklers to work with the new layout of my yard, fixed the fence so it wouldn't rub on the new walkway and cleaned up so well after the job that I didn't even know they were here. I'm already planning future projects for Lance and his team. They are the best in town - don't use anyone else.

It was a pleasure working with the crew at Design and Build Landscape. It was important to me to hire someone who knew I did not have a green thumb. Lance took the time to understand my style and explain why a tree/plant would do better in different areas of my yard. Lance and his crew converted my backyard into an elegant space where I was to proud to entertain. Before they left my property, they took the time to clean the yard in its entirety. Aside from the beautiful landscape, you would have never known they were there.

This company was great. We decided to have our backyard done but did not know how to design it. Lance(owner) drew up plans that were perfect for our size backyard. Work was done as promised and then some. We loved it so much we did over the landscaping and lighting in front of our house.

I called design and build out of the blue. My wife and I are glad we did. Lance, Robert and there crew of guys are very good at what they do. There men are very nice and cleaned up any mess before they left each day. We did question a few things before and while they were working. Both Lance and Robert told us to wait and see what they put together and if we don't like something they will change it. We didn't change a thing and we couldn't be happier.

Amazing experience with Lance and his team. He was very professional, had some interesting ideas and helped transform my backyard into a beautiful entertainment space. I have recommended him to friends and family and look forward to doing business with him again. .

Lance and Robert are a great team. Family owned and run with great ideas and product. They worked with us from day 1 on ideas and virtual designs to make the whole process a low stress easy decision for both me and my wife. From pavers to trees and plants, friends can’t compliment us enough when we have backyard parties. I’ve recommended them to all my friends who have used them and been equally satisfied with the finished product.

We recently just had our second project completed by Design and Build and to say that their work went beyond our expectations is an understatement. Always professional, understanding, punctual and true consultants. They made sure that all of our requests were met down to the smallest of details.
For the 4th we had a large party with friends and family and all commented with rave reviews. There will be no hesitation on our part referring them out.
