What an amazing work these guys do. I was certainly satisfied with the tree trimming they provided my organization.

Amazon Job Marc came gave me an estimate to remove four trees in my front yard. His crew came the same day, All, the workers did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

I called Timber Wood Tree Service to get an estimate to have several trees trimmed. I specifically went over all of the branches I wanted removed, because 2 of the trees belonged to my neighbors. Mark gave me an estimate, but insisted on a signed contract and a deposit in order to do the work. This is something I never had to do before with any other tree service and will never do again. When I called Mark later that day to tell him I didn't have $2000 to spend on trimming trees, I was told that my deposit was nonrefundable and I would lose it if I did not do the job. After the job was done, I still have branches that were supposed to be removed and were not.The workers were skilled but the job I paid for was not what I got.

Have to say how amazing this company was ! Not one for posting reviews however if looking for a tree removal company. I highly recommend. Marc was amazing. Tree fell in my yard he came over right away. He explained how they would remove it. And did an excellent job the same day. Was a great experience highly recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job trimming the branches of my tree, which were growing into cable lines and extending over my neighbor’s fence. They provided a quick and efficient service, and completed the job as expected. They cleaned up my yard nicely and took all the cut branches with them. I appreciate their fast, professional service, and will use this business when I need this issue resolved in the future.

Marc is the absolute definition of professional. I am a new home owner in Howard Beach. Marc is very passionate and caring about the people he works for. He was very polite and respectful as to the needs of my home. I was referred by a friend and he came to my home immediately to knock down the trees in my yard. Cut down a massive tree and some smaller ones plus trimming. All done in one day. Thought the price was very fair considering the size of the project. Will definitely use again.

So I reached out to Marc and explained I had a medium sized tree in my front yard that needed trimming. He was supper professional over the phone. Explained my options and was willing to work with me on the price . Once the price was set we arranged a day which was within the next few days. His guys were on time and did a great job trimming the tree. The did a great job on the clean up as well. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your tree trimming/ removal needs

We had a tree in our backyard that was unfortunately on its last legs, and was in danger of falling on our house. We called Timber Wood. Marc's team was in and out in less than two hours. The guys were professional and left the place very clean. The job was performed exactly to spec.

They were on time and brought all the necessary equipment. It was a large crew of 8 and all were very professional. Would recommend to friends. Mark even followed up with a call the day after to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

The review that was posted by my husband, Sheldon Gooler approximately 2 months ago (April or May 2024) is bogus. The owner, Marc, claimed that he didn't have his phone and asked to borrow my husband's. He then proceeded to post a glowing review of the job without my husband's consent or knowledge. We are very angry about this. I really have to wonder how many other reviews on here are legitimate. And by the way, his price was not "amazing". That part of the job was acceptable enough, but I added on trimming of the arborvitae on the other side of the house and his crew, Golden Pines, did an awful job. The arborvitae bordering my patio look all chopped up now and I was informed by a certified arborist that they will probably not grow back. See photos.
