Renew-It did an excellent job washing my house as well as my solar panes on my roof and I couldn't be happier. I have been in my home since 2014 and it hadn't been washed. I can tell you it was filthy. I can't get over how beautiful it looks. Both Mike and Joel were awesome, warm, friendly but very professional. They want above and beyond making sure the results meant to my expectations. They NAILED IT!! Thank you Mike, you haven't heard the last of me.

They did a great job on my patio pavers. Don’t hire your average power washer to do your patio, hire Renew It. They specialize in patio pavers. Professional work at a reasonable price.

Mike and his assistant went above and beyond. He scheduled a 2 hour time frame to power wash my building, screens and windows, inside out. He was there for over 3 hours and there were no additional fees. I would highly recommend his services. Very dependable.

This spring, I was looking for a power washing company to power wash my house, concrete sidewalk, patio & pool surround. I contacted ReNew It and Mike Webster (owner) promptly stopped by and gave me a very fair estimate. We agreed on the price and a few weeks later Mike and his crew showed up to do the job. Mike and crew were on time, moved patio furniture and power washed all areas. The result was amazing! Mike is a hands on owner. He is extremely knowledgeable and is on site working side by side with his crew. Mike kept in direct contact with me from start to finish. I will be contacting Mike to power wash my concrete on a yearly basis— the job was that good! I highly recommend Mike Webster and his crew at ReNew It!

If I am calling a business because I have some questions and would like someone to give me a call back, then why would that company not return my call? If you are booked or do not do the work I am asking about, you should still return a phone call. Who knows? I might still use you in the future, or drop your name to interested friends and family. To me correspondence is almost as important as the work being done. This happens often enough that I am now prompted leave reviews when a company doesn’t think you are important enough to get back to. Must be nice not needing new business.

Lux: Kyle and Chad, did a complete bathroom refresh. My husband and I planned to do it as he was in the business, but passed away unexpectedly. A year and a half later I wanted it done but didn’t know how to do it. Not my expertise. I had gotten two quotes and they were insane plus I would not have use of my bathroom for 4-6 weeks. That was not acceptable. Cost was ridiculous and job time was equally bad. One of the contractors did not like my dog and that was a deal breaker. I work with Kyle’s wife and reached out to see if her hubby could help. I know Kyle professionally and adore him. I just didn’t know if he did bathrooms. Kyle reached out and put me in touch with his construction manager Chad. Chad met with me, looked at what I wanted, made suggestions and understood that I work full time and need a functional bathroom. I have a half bath that would work for a day or two but could not be down 4 to 6 weeks. They send me wonderful recommendations. I selected what I wanted and signed off on the work order. So easy and always accommodating. Chad started on a Friday and finished the following Monday. The communication was open and I added a few things that they gladly accommodated. My updated master bath brought tears to my eyes. I worked from home the 2 days Chad was there but would have felt 100% comfortable leaving Chad in my home. Complete and total trust. When was the last time anyone would do that? My only reason for not giving him the keys was I have a large dog, which he completely accommodated and he had enough to do without taking care of my dog.
I have already given Chad another assignment to quote out for me. As I said, so kind, trustworthy and accommodating. Can’t wait to work with both Chad and Kyle again. Thank you both for such a great job. Still can’t believe how beautiful my bath looks and how much you did to help me. You are both a blessing!
