When the crew arrived without even checking the sewerage system he said $850 for cleaning the main sewer line. I was shocked and refused the service, then he called some random boss and said it will be $750 then he called again and said $500 eventually he said $350. In my 25 years of homeowner I have never paid this amount for sewer service.
For 2 hours this unprofessional tech couldn’t open the sewer line cap and told me that he has to cut it and to cut the cap it will cost extra $250. I knew he was taking advantage of sewerage lines being closed and was forcing me to pay. I refused. He left my entire basement dirty with sewerage water and didn’t show any respect for my home or carpet floors.

Please call 49.99 these people are true professionals and always give you fair price.

My job cost me $500 but I can tell you I have no regret I know it would cost me triple that amount if it was some other company ,my toilet is flushing we can also shower mo more flooding he went through a lot of work to clear my drainage he never give up it was more than he expected.

When my drains kept clogging up, the team here inspected them and indentified some items stuck in the pipe. They cleaned it out and even sanitized the pipe for me. great work!

Can never plan ahead for a sewer backup. Thankfully, they were able to send someone immediately. They were able to clear the backup and get everything flowing smoothly again.

Vehicle #7 , NY plate number KLC 6421 at 11p on 21Jun2022 decided it was smart to block our driveway preventing access instead of the neighbors he was servicing. On top the 516 phone number in google is NOT 24 hours as it is forwarded to a 347 numbering answering machine.

I had a leaking toilet that was driving me crazy for weeks. The plumber was on time and fixed everything quickly. No more leaks. Much appreciated.

The guy who worked on the drain broke the pipe, made my mom sign a paper and tried driving off, fdny had to block him in so the cops can come and at the end of all of it the company says he can’t do anything and we have a broken pipe to deal with. I recommend you run away from this company as far as possible there are way way better options.

When my neighbor had to shell out thousands of dollars for new sewer lines due to tree root problems, that prompted me to start doing some preventative maintenance on my own sewer system. We have them come out once a year to clean the sewer line. It's well worth the $50.

Had a shower drain that wasn't draining. I worked on it for a couple hours before I realized I wasn't going to be able to solve the problem. They were able to have the drain working again in about 20 minutes. Next time, I'll call them instead of attempting to fix myself. Can't go wrong for $49.95.

Our toilet was clogged just days before we were supposed to host my daughter's high school graduation party. To say the least, we were very concerned. We called Sewer & Drain, they dispatched someone immediately, and we now have a functioning toilet again. Forever grateful.

They were able to use a camera to identify the problem spots in our sewer line. The technician said I shouldn't have any more problems for at least a year and I asked him to make a note to call me to remind me to do another inspection same time next year.
