Joe is a gentleman and a man of his word. He was able to diagnose and fix a pressure issue on a relatively archaic Baxi water heater system. His plumbing knowledge is extensive and puts him into the top percentiles of his field.

But perhaps most notably, his responsiveness and customer service was among the best that I've ever experienced. We hope to work with him more in the future.

All i have to say is WoW!! The experience from start to finish was fast and easy, one of my hvac systems stop working called DWV and they came out the same day, took a look at the problem and got it fix, told me exactly what was wrong with the unit and what needed to be done, pricing for the repairs was better then any other company i called, truly the best experience i had with a plumbing company. Due to an issue with the DEP regarding my water meter and pipes, I needed a plumber ASAP. Joe and Marco came and assessed my problem. They had a very short time to complete the job to satisfy the DEP and avoid me getting fined. Joe worked within the time frame and finished the job on time. They did an excellent job and were always mindful of not to inconvenience us to much. Marco and his team came in to fix my ceiling. Did a great job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problem you might have.

Joe came by to replace our galvanized steel water pipes and we ended up needing significantly more pipe replaced than anticipated. Despite the unexpected scope of the project (we ended up repiping almost the entire house), Joe still managed to complete the project quickly and with minimal disruption.

In addition, Joe took special care to bring along help to make sure that our walls would be restored to their original state, which was a challenge due to their 100 year-old molding. He also fixed a number of issues caused by less professional servicemen, and even replaced a missing sewer cap for no charge. In the end, we were lucky to have him and absolutely recommend him for any and all plumbing needs.

Joe was an absolute godsend when it came to a bathroom renovation. Joe was the plumber on site and was very knowledgeable on the particular ideas and plans we had for our new bathroom(s). From start to finish he was transparent and informed us of every step of the process, very efficient,clean, and professional. He even stayed late one evening into the odd hours to complete a radiant heating zone to make sure it was in perfect working order before our tile contractor began. The best part was the fair pricing for top notch work. A+++ service!! Highly recommended.

Our gas water heater suddenly started leaking water from the bottom of the tank (only 7 years old) last Saturday evening. We immediately called HomeServe USA to the home we have a paid repair subscription service on. After being put on hold for a long time, we were told the soonest appointment would be on a Monday just for the tech to examine the broken water heater and replacement options would be presented to us after the appointment (100% out of pocket).

They asked if we could turn off the gas and water valve with no instructions or simply “find” a local plumber to instruct us on how to do so. I found this kind of “lack of instruction” instruction unacceptable. We realized at that moment that we MUST seek other plumbing professionals’ help in getting the gas and water valve shut off immediately and contact the water heater company (still under warranty) the following day.

Fortunately, we were able to contact Joe with DWV SOLUTIONS and Joe was able to walk us through how to shut off the gas as well as water until service on Monday morning. Since we were able to obtain an approved authorization code for a new water heater on Sunday, Joe was able to arrange for a new water heater first thing on Monday morning to begin the immediate replacement process. By Monday afternoon, we resumed having hot water!!!

We are truly grateful for the speedy and knowledgeable service Joe provided. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe/DWV SOLUTIONS to anyone in need of plumbing help!

I have used DWV twice now. Both times they did an excellent and fast job.

The first time I called them was on a Sunday because the sewer line going to the street was clogged. They had a plumber at my house in an hour and was able to snake out the unclog the sewer line pipe in 30 minutes.

The second time my tub drain deteriorated because of rotting pipes that caused a leak. After opening up the wall I noticed the line was pitched wrong. Once Joe got here and noticed the same thing. A small leak became a small renovation job. Joe helped me out to get everything corrected and repaired.

Incredible service. Timely, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
