An interesting place to shop it seems they have all the parts you might need for plumbing and electrical for furnaces and other uses. The staff is friendly and the prices seem reasonable . A great place to shop.

Excellent selection, not cheap but not super expensive either. There's something for every type of renovation for kitchens and bath here. Great customer service and quick turnaround on deliveries.

Needed a handle for a Kohlers toilet. Handle had been discontinued. Salesman offered a replacement part from another supplier for $71. I would consider replacing the entire toilet if a handle "really" costs that much.

I've redone 4 bathrooms now with Doug. You're not going to find anyone in this business as even keel and honest as Doug. They're a little off the beaten path compared to some of their Westchester competitors, but it's the only place I go for any finished plumbing fixtures. I strongly recommend.

The place was busy, busy waiting on customers. Had to wait to find out that the item I needed, they no longer sold. However, the clerk gave me an 800 number to call for the item I needed. It was evident customers liked their products.

Usually, never a problem, always have what I need and the counter people are very helpful, but today I went back because the guy gave me the wrong part, they exchanged it but the guy who sold me the part had a little attitude, like I was wrong and he was right. Not very nice .

My wife and I were renovating our bathroom. Consolidated has a nice showroom which gave us some ideas. Brian made suggestions that were especially helpful. He didn't try to sell us on more expensive items. For example, we wanted a particular plumbing fixture. I had researched it on the internet so I knew the features I wanted and the price. Consolidated carried a competing brand which was almost double the price of the one we wanted. Instead of trying to push the item he carried, Brian advised us to go with the one I had identified on-line.
We ordered one custom item. Consolidated delivered it within the time frame they promised us.
Overall, the prices were good. The service was good. And our bathroom turned out exactly as we hoped.

It was a joy working with Doug and Brian. I bought a very complicated shower system and also a custom vanity with many parts. I also bought accessory pieces, such as special hooks and a hand shower. They are always available for advice and questions and I think their prices are competitive. I am not an easy customer, but I must say I have the most wonderful bathroom in Westchester, probably anywhere. It was a true cooperative effort between me, the customer, my designer, my contractor, my plumber and Consolidated. Like a well-composed and rehearsed symphony -- the finale was magnificent. Bravo to all of us!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
They are all miserable here. The customer service is non existent. Rude and arrogant counter workers. This place is always my last resort. I will drive far out of the way to avoid them ruining my day with their misery.

Two years later, after moving, I can still email him and get him to send me a new towel rack for another bathroom with a picture and he knows exactly what brand, etc. I love him!

I worked with Doug Bradford once in person & multiple times via email. I purchased predominantly Kohler products & the style I chose to go was in stock. I mention this as I had to change the size of a medicine cabinet & Mr. Bradford was super accommodating. Within 24 hours, the larger unopened box was picked up & replaced with the smaller cabinet. On the other hand, a glass shelf that was not a Kohler line product took nearly 3 weeks to come in.
I thought their products were competitively priced but what stands out was Consolidated Plumbing’s Customer Service. Mr. Bradford was knowledgeable, answered all my emails promptly, offered products suggestions within my price range & was very gracious to work with. The delivery man also gets high ratings- delivered on time & friendly. Lastly, Mr. Bradford was off one day & a gentleman colleague offered to help me out & indeed followed up with a phone call to me. This was a pleasant surprise as I thought I would be told I would have to wait to get an answer from Mr. Bradford.

So walked in with my wife and daughter and was totally ignored. Granted they had ppl in the store and were working with ppl but at least acknowledge someone and say we are busy right now but someone will be with you as soon as possible.

We walked around and they had a nice selection and all but no prices on anything.

Worst plumbing supply ever stay away they will not credit you anything back. worst custom service I have ever has to deal with. BEWARE STAY AWAY

I cannot say enough good things about Consolidated Plumbing. Everything about the store is excellent. They are patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I changed my mind so many times and they were constantly willing to help and give advice. Actually some of their recommendations were the best part of my purchases. You cannot go wrong in this establishment, highly recommend

They really have cool things here! I was able to customize my own vanity super excited. Customer service was great. Things get there within 2 weeks.
