They repaired both leaks and even stayed afterward to check our water meter and figure out why it was still running. They searched through every part of our house where water pipes could be until they found and fixed all the issues. They did excellent work, were professional, polite, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. You can tell they really care about their work. We had a great experience with these plumbers in Mt Vernon. When a pipe started leaking and eventually burst, it flooded our bathroom and the hallway. We shut off the main water valve and called for help. Although they couldn’t make it the first night, they kept in touch and let us know they’d be there the next day. The supervisor came by to check things out and gave us a fair quote. About 14 hours after we turned off the water, Samuel, the plumber, arrived. He worked hard for several hours and made sure we had running water before leaving for the night. The next day, he returned and finished the job. The supervisor also came back near the end to make sure everything was done right. The price was a bit more than we first thought, but Samuel replaced two frozen shutoff valves, the main water line from the wall to the faucet, cleared a trap and a clogged drain, and even installed our new faucet for us. The quality of work was excellent, and they made sure to clean up everything before leaving. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. The whole team was friendly and professional.

We’re very happy with the conversion from tub to shower stall recently completed by Doctor J’s team. Dennis provided all the necessary insurance and paperwork for our building. After starting the project, we found out that a permit was required and further down the road a pipe in the garage needed to be replaced (to meet current building code requirements).
