Don’t use the store, this owner sells people wrong parts just to make extra money And they have absolutely no return policy what a scam!!

Was able to easily identify a hard to find part for my toilet. Worked like a charm. Very knowledgeable and instructed on how to replace.

Counter service is quite terrible. . . . As I have been there on several occasions when there is no one at the counter, and when they are present they have little sympathy for Joe Homeowner. If you don't know EXACTLY what you need be sure to expect a hostile encounter.
