I always enjoy going to this place, the people are very friendly and helpful. Someone will always answer my questions and provide recommendations, including getting the parts I need to complete a job.

I would not recommend anyone to get anything from this place. I bought a electrical part for my heating system I never used the part and when I went there to return the unused part i was told they don't accept return on any electrical parts. On the store receipt doesn't says anything about such a thing.

This place is great. Been going for over 10 years. Prices are great and place is very well stocked. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Though they are mostly “to the trade” they are patient and helpful. Even the young guys at the counter seem to be interested in what they are doing. Keep up the good work.

Small leak near the water meter was noticed. Technician from this drain cleaners sealed it and tested the system. Problem resolved.

Poor experience. Looking for a money grab. Charged 140 an hour to sit on stairs on the internet. Poor customer service and not willing to correct. Choose a company that is interested in doing their job and not looking to grab your money. I was over charged by 100 and they failed to correct the issue
