Came into the store today with some parts I needed replaced. The staff knew just by looking what I needed and had all the parts in stock!! They were very helpful with some questions I had, and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Now I'm going to take a hot shower!!!

I needed to replace 3 stems for my tub,on arrival I had 2 complete stems and one partial one Chris took the time and instructed me on what he needed in order for me to complete my task, Chris was very knowledgeable/courteous/very professional

I want to say people don’t buy anything from this store . They sale different brand and inside different.

Also they charge me $735
And refund $705 And talk very rude

I bought one hot water tank AO smith. 50 gallon
When I opened box inside American. Commercial
And inside all paper domestic water heater .

The worse service ever….
I just got out the store asked for a valve and the response was so rude . I got a NO just because he didn’t want to help.

Hands down the best plumbing hardware store in NY. I live in an old pre-war building, and I have been trying to renovate the bathroom. Because of it's age, I've had several plumbers tell me I wasn't going to be able to find the parts I needed to do it for a low cost and minimal effort. I went to several plumbing stores and they all said I wasn't going to be able to find the parts I wanted.... well these guys not only had the parts but they also knew their stuff and were able to talk me through things I didn't fully understand. I can't recommend this place enough. Stores/people like this aren't around much anymore these days. This place is the real deal.

I like to go to my plumbers and not get their political opinions so I won’t be going back to this place again

Customer service isn’t the greatest

Stopped in after being told by two other supply stores that this was the place to go. I barely got the part out of my hand and on the counter and the guy knew by part number what I needed and had no problem sharing some installing info. I was in and out in 2 mins.

This place is a scam. Bought a replacement part from them for $75 (amazon sling for $23) and a piece came off before we can even install it!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST

I'm not big on feedbacks but will take a big exception with this business. As I walked in with my worn out bathtub part to be shown for replacement, I was taken back when I saw the replacement part already waiting for me on the counter. I did not even need to say anything, Chris already started to provide me with a detailed set of instructions. I successfully replaced the part the same day even though i had no previous experience with it and got it right on first attempt. To make it more impressing, there were other possible cartridges in existence but Chris knew the exact model i needed right after i walked into that store. Thanks again Chris, see you soon as i need to replace the drain as well :)

This place is so professional I have never walk in a place and feel like home. The gentleman at the counter was plesent and very polite. New just what you needed and walk you thru is did not just focused on the sale of the item also explained we need to know why the item was bad cause it just don't go bad like that he won me as a permanent customer.

This place is great. I needed a part for a sink. No plumbing store had it, Home Depot didn’t have it and Lowe’s didn’t have it. I called Christ plumbing and to my surprise they had the part. They shipped it out to me and I received it in two days. It was a perfect fit. They were very courteous to me on the phone. Great job guys!

1. Having the parts I needed
2. Quickly telling me to make sure I look for all parts to be replaced and
3. Giving me, a high school music teacher, a quick lesson on how to ensure that I replace and set the parts of my bathroom sink faucet correctly.

I'm reading other reviews complaining about the counter service. I had to go in 4 different times and spoke with Erwin each time. He could not have been more helpful. I had to replace 2 shower cartridges and a shower handle. One was a Moen. He had the part at a good price. The second was a Grohe. Erwin told me it would be more expensive right from the start. I looked up prices online and theirs were the same. He refused to sell me the Grohe cartridge at first because I didn't have the whole cartridge and he didn't want to see me buy the wrong one since the back parts were different. Walked me through every step of what I needed to do and finally 2 dripping showers were fixed. On top of that I went back a final time and he had the shower handle I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was recommended Christ plumbing and now I recommend it to everyone else.

Absolutely top notch shop. He was knowledgeable and patient while I wrapped my head around an installation. Prices were great. I can't thank you guys enough. Customer for life here!

They are the best!! They have the right part for your plumbing need. I travel a distance to get there because they have parts that are hard to get. They give you the right part and fair pricing. Give them a call next time .

I recently bought some special valves from these people, and they did not work properly, but they tried very hard to make the right things for me. Returned them with no problem five star at this place.

Great place to get your hardware plumbing parts. Excellent customer service.

I wish I remembered the guys name,but got me the right valve stem for a diverter they don't make anymore. Took his time and found the right one, perfect since I live far and didn't want to have to go back. They are also very patient with the customers that don't have plumbing experience.
