The sole company that was willing to assist with my vintage 1900s furnaces came to my aid promptly during a cold snap when the heating system finally failed. They installed two new furnaces in remarkable time at a reasonable cost. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness were evident throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend American Heating and Cooling.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend to everyone. They were professional, in constant communication, flexible and lived up to high standards. Tony and his crew are truly amazing and brought us a whole new heat system in two days. They were honest, upfront and truly remarkable. Especially as a women, often repair companies come in with "extras" to add on cost. Tony and his crew were honest and to the point. Truly a great experience.

Had Joe do work on my boiler a couple years ago, very satisfied. Yesterday I had them do a tune-up, once again very satisfied. Did not try to sell a new boiler or anything. Said it was in good order.

the OWNER screamed at a 25 year customer for questioning the bill after work was not done right and had to be redone resulting in a drastically higher bill for labor charges. Owner threw them out of his office telling them to find someone else to do their work. As another reviewer states, the owner dumps the irate customers on his receptionist when they respond to being mistreated instead of handling it like a professional. Would NOT recommend.

I'm saddened by my experience with them. I've heard nothing but good things about them and really needed help and wanted to work with them. I can appreciate being able to turn down any business but I am desperate and was willing to discuss other options (they didn't want to clean my boiler and didn't want to install a combo unit...which I would've been open to getting just a replacement boiler) but the owner nor other techs had the decency to call me back. They instead had their secretary call and tell me they didn't want the business. That hurts when you have -12 weather, a pregnant (and handicapped wife), a 1 year old daughter, are right in town and need service.

I really wanted their business. I will try them again in the future but I'm not going to beg to speak with them.

I WAS a 40yr client of Connell-Pane until this past year when I realized they are con-artists. In the dead of winter, I needed a small tweak on my furnace & was charged almost 500$. Two months later, in subzero conditions, the owner "was not interested" in connecting a gas heater in my family room. After giving this company thousands upon thousands of dollars in business through the years...I am disgusted by their practices. The owner makes his secretary do his dirty work & doesn't possess the dignity to address issues with his clients personally. Stay away from this company & give your business to someone with integrity! If there was a zero star rating, that's what I'd give! Respectfully, Dimitria Naskos

I have used Connell-Pane heating for a number of years. I have always been very pleased with their work. Most recently, I had them install a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, and hot water heater in my home. They did excellent work at a reasonable price, and even helped me get a $400 rebate from National Fuel by doing most of the paperwork.
Mr. Pane and his team have always been there when I have needed them. Several years ago, when my father was suffering from the heat (my father was 85 and in the hospital ER as a result), Mr. Pane came out on the same day we called and had the AC installed before my father came home from the hospital. Truly an outstanding effort in trying conditions for my family.

Called twice to get a quote, left a message once, called and spoke to someone the second time and never received a call back to even say they couldn't do the job.

Courteous and experienced service. Pleasure to deal with Eric and Steve. Would definitely hire them in the future!
