Constraction reviews in Nyack, New York

Our inspector was fantastic!! He took his time and explained everything thoroughly to me. Very impressive!! I would 10/10 work with Bob again in the future.

Bob was so knowledgeable in all the facets of the inspection and showed me exactly what he was looking for in all areas as he was checking. Everything was then laid out and results explained to me on his laptop at the site and then a concise binder was provided to me with a wealth of additional information about preventative maintenance, the closing walkthrough, etc. My highest recommendation!

Mike did a thorough inspection and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained everything clearly in layman’s terms and provided an incredibly detailed report we can easily reference. The HouseMaster cloud website has also been a great resource for ongoing home maintenance. As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better inspection experience—we highly recommend Mike and the HouseMaster team!

As a realtor, these guys are always my go to choice when recommending an inspection company to my clients. They are thorough, honest and informative. They provide the kind of knowledge and insight a new homebuyer needs when making a big purchase. Bob Horvath and Mike Horvath are my go-to! Thanks for always providing great service to my clients!

I have recommended Bob Horvath, Yani T. And Michael Horvath at HouseMaster Home Inspections for 20+ years. My clients have been extremely happy with how detailed the inspection is and how well they explain everything. A thorough home inspection is one of the most important aspects of buying a home and can save you thousands in the long run. I 100% recommend them.

HouseMaster Home Inspections are the best - I have worked with them for my last 2 home inspections (5 years apart). Mike Horvath in particular is incredibly thorough, takes time to explain things to you, and is very knowledgable.

Mike was excellent! He walked us through the entire home (inside and outside) to not only explain potential issues, but also explain how things work and their purposes. He answered every single question and explained everything in an easy to understand way. We got the report back that evening and it was extremely thorough. Highly recommended

House Masters is the only company I ever refer to my Westchester clients because they are consistent, reliable, honest, thorough and not overly pricey. I’ve only had positive experiences with their inspectors … I often get the privilege of working with Bob and Yanni but all of them are top notch. Highly recommend for house inspections in westchester ! (Here’s a picture of Yanni getting into the chimney !)
